Those folks see enough shorts/skirts/pants/jeans and other Western clothes daily. How different is your wife going to be.

You have said multiple countries trip. If you had planned for a years trip onsite to some Western country, I would have recommended making her join a strip club. This is best way to expose and earn sideways. Imagine, morning 9am--evening 5pm working and 9pm-1am striptease in a place with a cheesy name and even cheesy characters. Her stage name can be some mystic indian name.
