Website loading very slow and unresponsive

Yep...it is showing that the server load limit reached maximum..... please try after when the load is reduced...
Even in early morning hours also it is loading slowly ... even though the number of users is less than 200...
Irrespective of the number of users... the site loading very very slow..... some times not even loading... showing that the website request timed out... can't be reached...
I think the problem is with the server... hope admins will sort it out soon... and provide the appropriate solution...... otherwise we will loose the traffic gradually...
