As I said earlier, a good original plot, self-motivation to write, available time, and audience support are the 4 horses that pull my story writing abilities...
The first 2 horses are racing but the latter 2 are really limping...
Current writing Horsepower = 195 out of 400

I am fan of your this style, even your sarcasm touches the reader's heart..

Understand your frustration over third and fourth horsepower... 
Available time (3rd horse) is not in our (readers') hand, but the 4th horse i guess there is already a lot of audience who support you.

But your writing style in itself a little complicated (although i love it) and above that your guessing questions are so tough :p....... 

My personal opinion is gradually if your updates come at a regular interval, your support base will also grow faster...
