Ruchi story -for betterment of my family –Ch 5
As Ruchi and Anita Deedi ( Sen madam ) entered the house it was in shambles her MIL and her sis in law Manisha crying her father in law looking a bit sick in the corner , a very concerned Ruchi asked mom what has happened why are you crying ?
MIL : Ho Ruchi we had a very bad afternoon just got a call from village my elder brother Varadan uncle has expired and your father in law had a nasty fall in the washroom he has sprained his back and groin then seeing Anita Deedi she said oh sorry madam please come inside
Anita deedi understanding the situation said no problem please take care I will come some other day as she left immediately as Ruchi walked her to the car , Deedi said I will call you later please take care of them
Ruchi as she came into the house asked her sil have you called Ravi and informed
Yes Bhabhi he will came any time he has requested company cab he will come with the car
Ruchi immediately took her MIL’s hand please pack some clothes Manisha please help her

Ruchi thought a minute no I think three of you should go i will take care of dad, Manisha you need to take care of mom she was very close to uncle
Ravi arrived with the car and said we can start in 10-15 minutes it’s a three hour drive as he walked to the 1St floor to get fresh and go .

Ruchi went upstairs she saw even Ravi was little crestfallen she informed of the plan which he immediately agreed then he asked do we need to take Manisha , Ruchi said Ravi your mother will require her more than me , poor Ruchi did not have inkling of the night alone with her father in law even a hint of what could transpire she would have ensured Manisha to be present but that is life’s uncertainties
In reality Ruchi wanted to be left alone with all that’s happening around her especially of what transpired with Anita Deedi may be she would like to talk freely with Reddy about that episode with no one at home
Ravi , Mil and Manisha Sis in law were ready , Then MIL told me at around 6.30 pm Ali dada the old malish w,.' residing in the nearby village will come for treating father just give him some hot Oil , cloth and pan with hot water I have kept all the things under the dining table just heat it and give it to him also pay him Rs100/- Ruchi nodded & said don’t worry mom I will take care
Ruchi: Then she asked Ravi will you came late night
Ravi : No way all probability by tomorrow evening if dad is ok you can go the your class

Thoughtful Ruchi came inside the house it was around 5Pm she went to her FIL asked how we was even though they stayed in the same house he was like a stranger to her as this was a house dominated by her MIL ,her FIL said can you help me to my room I will lie down for a while even though he was only 65 he looked older and frail
Ruchi helped him on to his feet holding him she found the Oldman had his right arm firm around her hips almost in her fleshy stomach she almost flinched but thought he really looks for the support as he walked with real struggle they reached his room he sat on the bed she had to lift his legs on to the bed so can lie down as turned leaving him she felt a arm tapping on her butts she turned back he said thanks beta with real greasy smile I will take rest till the malish w,.' comes you also relax .
Ruchi walked into the kitchen it was almost 1St time alone in this house always someone used to be there and also this was her first time alone with her FIL her hubby’s father somehow Ruchi’s instincts told her this was a dirty oldman the way he touched her using his discomfort but she felt re-assured it was only for a night and also he was a man with injury and weak because of the fall
As Ruchi looked to close the main door she say her FIL’s mobile she took it and went to his room he seemed to be doinge hearing the footsteps he looked at her in surprise Ruchi nodded and kept his mobile near his pillow if you need anything please call me I will be upstairs

Ruchi went upstairs closed the door putting that latch as removed all her dress become completely naked then she took a towel and took a refreshing bath now wearing only the towel she put on the fan lying half prone over the pillow relaxed then she took her mobile checking all messages time was around 5.45pm she thought let me talk to Red should I it will be third time today then she thought she was alone no disturbance or worry about any body hearing her .
She called Red in two rings it was picked
Red’s commanding manly voice one second please

She felt ease or flutter of relief or even happiness when she had a chat with Red she knew this is not ok but she liked this small talks Ruchi then quickly dressed in her traditional cotton saree and blouse and dressed up a little she thought she will have chai as moved downstairs to the kitchen
