What I meant here is, there are many characters in the story, each people have there own taste and their likes will be different, if reader don't like a character they are personalizing and using words like bastard, bitch, etc this will definitely affect the writer mood. since the character are created by the author any hurting words on character will taken as hurting himself.

criticizing had to be done without hurting the character should not use foul words, they should choose the words rightly should not personalize the character.
