in fact this story is narrated by arun, not only this sequal but 1st part too............
nia is no-where except physical presence...........
whenever arun talks to others he talks or addresses himself as a girl...... 
but whenever he talks to himself means thinks innerself .... he addresses himself as boy/man....... it's natural, nothing to take as contempt.
