Some people say it is very harmful to the human psychology and vital being. They claim that masturbation will make your vitality and intellect weaker and does not contribute anything in the longer term (except weakening the body and life energies).

Some doctors in the US used to say the same thing in 1920's time period but of course now the US medical field claims that there are no negative side-effects of masturbation or even being addicted to porn. There are a few minority who claim porn can become addiction disorder
