Good story. Reminds me of an english story I have read in the past with a similar plot. Some differences exit - That did not have the boss's son or the landlord and in place of billu there was her saheli. But woh thi, uska pati tha, Ruby thi, boss tha. And their characters and action are almost identical. Here whatever the son is doing, there the boss was doing. Her transformation followed a similar path.

If you have not adopted that story, then its an amazing coincidence. And if you have adapted it, you have done an amazing job to make this your own. Well written.
