Holy smokes!!! You really have the whole picture!!!! For me that represents the total destruction of the family. Obviously, some readers may want that....but not me. And the writer can obviously write as he pleases. After all it is just an xossip story. I know I'm just looking at it from a conventional family sense.

Certainly, with Sanjana currently lost in lust, we will probably have some gratuitous sex in the bedroom. And being Anand's assistant, all those business trips are obvious targets for Anand.....isnt that what happens in real life? With deals that Sanjana gets involved, she may have business trips on her own, giving rise to the possibility of sleeping with other men...could even be with one of her colleagues.

However, I feel that in the cold light of day, Sanjana will have to decide how far she wants to take things. Her and Vivek's entire family system will have to change. Parents, friends, their children, neighbours, office colleagues will figure things out. How long would it be feasible to continue such a relationship? After all, there is huge age difference between Sanjana and Anand. Sanjana already questions herself for agreeing to be anand's mistress and she knows it was all due to lust. As a mother of two children, her maternal instincts and responsibilities are very strong. Will this somehow be just tossed aside?? Sanjana loves her husband. She is only in this situation because of financial need. She will realize very soon what Anand has done and will question herself whether she wants a long term relationship with a scheming 60 year old man, giving up her family to service him.

As I mentioned before, vivek can do certain things, especially now that their income is good and regular. He has access to Sanjana's business contacts that could open up opportunities for him. A guy with his experience will climb. Vivek is not an in(ellectual imbecile....he is a capable company guy. Once he reaches sufficient income, he can then assert himself, even leaving Sanjana if she should foolishly choose to continue with an aging man. As a person ages and faculties diminish (yes including his sexual performance) they rely on others or become a burden in some senses. Does Sanjana want this burden when she has so much more time ahead to enjoy life with her family, kids, husband?
