Seenu had always kept mum when Nisha asked for commitment on their relationship. That itself shows that he is interested only in sex and other benefits from her. she did not realise or probably not noticed.

Seenu never proposed nisha. It is nisha who assumed he loved her and kept saying I love you. Even when Seenu came to know that there is a problem in her marital life, he never tried to patch up between her and husband. He is so selfish to juse "Use" her for his sexual needs. Only for sex and job Seenu kept saying I love you. After being beaten  thrown out of the job, he drank and developed some of anger towards her for putting him in that situation and that was pretty evident in his words during breakup scene.

First he treated kannan by calling Anna and Nisha as akka. After tasting nisha body and getting the job, he slowly changed his behaviour knowing nisha is is under his control. Kannan did not notice that behavioral change. It was completely nisha who had lust towards Seenu and humiliated kannan by inviting seenu to fuck her. Seenu had only sexual feelings for nisha and nothing more. After agreeing for divorce to kannan, when nisha told him to prepare himself to face his family and brother. He feared like a dog. It was then nisha felt choosing him could be a wrong decision as he is good only in sex and dont have guts to face life and people. Nisha realisation came very late and by then Seenu had used her enough and diverted his concentration on other women.
