Adultery A life full of events by RevanLucifer

Our plans to visit the village got cancelled due to my ill health. By the time I got good, results were declared. I was the new topper of the college and later was joined in one of the best colleges in the city. Except for the first week rest of my college life was hectic; neither had time for friends nor for any other thing. My bath and night sessions also stopped. Most of the time either I was in the college or studying in my study room. Though I made many good friends but all, we did was we were stuck to studying. And the beast inside was eagerly waiting to be released from the confines of hectic college life.

College got over with completion of second year exams in the month April. Only a few days away from my 18th birthday; so, entire friends' circle consisting of five people who were very close to me planned an outing to Manali. The outing trip was for a week and for me to convince Neha to grant permission for this trip was a very difficult task but ultimately result was in sync with what usually happens. I got the permission for the trip!

On the day when the journey was to begin Neha was in tears all day long until I left and maybe even after I left. For the first time since she adopted me as her son she was going to spend some time alone. For her this was the most difficult thing to do. Even I was in tears and seeing my condition my friends tried to cheer me up, and they did succeed in doing so. We took flight to Manali and rented a car for the rest of the trip.

We reached our hotel at 5 in the evening. The lobby had a classic look with wooden finish and was properly light. We took keys for our room from the reception. As we entered the room, a queen-size-bed attracted my eye sight cover with satin bed sheets and Kymdan, super soft pillow on it that too were red in colour, placed beautifully in the middle of the room and a vase with fresh Gerberas(African daisies).

A large glass window covered with vermilion curtains, giving it an exotic feel to the environment within the room but unfortunately, the companion was wrong. We had some snacks and thought of rested for an hour which eventually turned to be two hours; by the time everyone got up and got fresh it became three and then came out for a stroll. It was 8 already nothing much was visible but the cool breeze and chilling atmosphere made it delightful. We returned after half an hour had dinner and retired to our respective rooms.

We woke up at 8 o’clock, and by the time we got ready it were 10am; we had planned to visit some temples among them first was to visit a temple, which is a kilometer away. The temple was rebuilt in 1553 AD due to the earlier structure getting burned down by forest fire. The present one is a wooden structure standing on a stone platform surrounded by Deoder trees, the design of the temple resembling a Pagoda. From there we went to Manu Rishi temple just a few kilometers away. It’s a beautiful structure with five-storey pagoda like roof and a brass ‘Kalasa’ crowning the top. And then to “Arjun Gufa” It is believed that Arjuna practiced austerities to get Pashupata Ashtra or weapon from Lord Indra. It is situated on the left bank of the river Beas.
