Nice update as always, I've already read your tamil version of the story and it's one of the best. I enjoyed it immensely while I read it for the first time. But the next time when I read that again I thought it would have been nice if the story had an alternate ending. There are a lot of stories out there and usually they have 2 kinds of ending. Either the husband and wife will patch up and they will happily live ever after or they get divorced. There are also stories where the husband accepts the cuckold lifestyle and embraces it in the end.
But there is a lack of stories with ambiguous endings, stories where the writer leaves it to the imagination of the readers the ending or try something in between. Basically leaving some loose ends, so Its my humble request you consider an alternate ending for your story even though the oringinal was very good.
