Dmahi , Manu is not gali ka kutta,  he is living  like a king. There are so many at his service. As far as Manu & Champa is concerned , if these two only remains in story then it would become very monotonous. Champa already had her share of Manu and she will continue to have . But you don't  think that entry of new women makes story interesting. Nivedita, Suchi, Suchitra aunty , Sabina etc has added colour to the story. Manu is king and Suchi is her real queen. Mansi & Komal would continue to be their protectors. Both are like Kali maa for Manu & Suchi , always ready to protect them . 

And Manjari jealous of Suchi's beauty and her closeness to Manu. This is only reason why she don't like Suchi.
