Next day in the early morning 'Bidai' ceremony (Farewell to daughter from her own parental house) was started. Usha was crying frantically as she had to leave her parent's house for ever as her new house will be at her In-laws with her husband. Viswanath, Leela and all the relatives were crying as she was leaving now with her newlywed husband.
As per custom and tradition, at the time of Bidai, the bride's brother has to accompany her newlywed sister to the house of her In-laws. So Aditya would accompany her sister, Usha to Kolkata. The ritual was over, and all of the friends, relatives of bridegroom along with bride, bridegroom and Aditya left for Kolkata.
By 10.30AM, morning, all the invited guests of Viswanath had also left for their respective homes. The entire household which was so crowded day before was now deserted. Only, Viswanath, Leela, Debashree and Vijay were left alone.
All the family members looked very sad after departure of Usha. She was the most beloved daughter and apple eye of Viswanath and Leela.
It was afternoon.
Viswanath said, "Leela, let us go some outside for refreshment. Why not go to Maithan Dam? You will also get some changes, refresh of your mind. If you stay now at this deserted house, you will only remember of Usha which will inflict further pain to your mind."
"No, I will not go anywhere, I want to sleep," replied Leela.
Viswanath looked at Debashree who was sitting beside Leela and winked at her.
Debashree said, "I have not seen Maithan Dam then I will accompany papa and my mind will also be refreshed outside."
Viswanath looked at Vijay and said, "Vijay, it seems yours Aunty is not feeling well, take care of her till we return."
After sometimes, both Viswanath and Leela left for Maithan Dam by their car. Viswanath was driving his car and Debashree was sitting beside him.
Viswanath said, "We have got a good opportunity. Somewhere in a deserted place, we can romance."
Leela and Vijay entered in to the room. They were on the bed lying down, her head on his chest, and his hands around her cuddling possessively. One of her legs was in between his legs interlocked. It was a caring, loving, and protective cuddle to communicate reassurance of his love.
She was silent and after some time, said, "Vijay, Do you really love me?"
