(it was a nice fine sunday i played golf with my buddies and i being a succesful man wanted to enjoy my day but in my mind the thought came of collecting rent from all my people who stay in my home)
(i had total of 49 flats and i went to 48 and collected atleast 2 lakh money till now and then it was time to come to Mr params home to collect rent)
