I feel there are two mistakes
1. Supriya fell easily for doctor, just in two visits (don't portray her as slut)
2. After Supriya, Aditya is main character in the story, doctor got Supriya pussy twice (taste) before Aditya even touch Supriya pussy.

I may be wrong, it's just my opinion. All these already happened. Supriya character is more important, take it slow. Make more steamy sessions with Aditya before anyone else touch her. US project is a great idea to have more time with Aditya. They can enjoy day and night.
