I got it guys. Just copy the link and open your telegram app and send it to "Saved Messages"(If you have not done it before, just open any chat and select any message and select forward button and you'll get a option at the top as Saved Messages Forward here to save).
And after send it to Saved Messages, just click on the link to join the channel.
That's it.
