assuming that your doubt is about last visit time
for the privacy reasons,
some like hiding their online status.
option available here : user CP - options

if the administrators like,
they can remove that hiding option for the normal members.
I don't think they would consider removing privacy option.

I am sure, you would also not consider it :)
