Yes, it was a series of events that build up to that certain moment of Mahesh accepting the cold drink, so as Shilpa. partially   The post about 'pronouns' where Mahesh and Shilpa referred both Ashish and Rahul as 'he' and ended up creating a case of mistaken identity. The idea came in my mind from Christian names. I was amazed by noticing the amount of common first names in the western world. So many "MARY' 'DAVID' 'MICHEAL' etc. I found no variety. I always find that it must very very confusing for anyone if you got five 'Bob' or 'Charlie' in your personal circle.
