In my view. there are various ways to take it forward, Mr. NightCrawler;

1) Let Karan take part in the sex of his wife and boss. But I don't recommend it. it will remove all the fun. Make him an easy and willing cuckold.
2) Make Neha enjoy her coupling with her husband's boss. Karan should wake up after the action. Than make Karan jealous. He can be humiliated by his boss and wife. He will resist first but will accept and enjoy the same after some time.  Make him a reluctant cuckold.
3) After continuation of 2nd option, make Karan avenge the humiliation. Let him take control of Javed's company and teach Javed and (maybe) Neha a lesson.

All these are mere options.

Don't worry about writing and deleting to write again. Usually first time is the best.
Gupta should be used to humiliate Karan, not Neha.
