Initially I was more than a little self-conscious as we started to walk side by side through the mall, while wearing the cuffs and collar. Then, after a couple minutes I realized what she meant about N.C.I.S. Abby, the female technician on the TV program often wears a collar and even cuffs. Therefore, while it is not common, it is also not uncommon. Besides, it's not illegal and if someone doesn't like it, they don't have to look. The first store we visited, Victoria's Secret, was a surprise. Not only did I consider that store a little upscale, I always thought it was too pricey for me. "Why spend money on things others can't see," was my mantra. White, cotton bikini panties were the closest things I own (there were still some at home) that might be considered sexy.

A sales clerk approached immediately and asked if she could help us. Kelly took the bull by the horns. "This is my friend Kimmy. We just threw out all her "plain Jane" lingerie and now she doesn't have a single item to wear. We need a few things that will make her feel sexy."
