I feel this whole episode is being set by Varun. he might be using Radhika as bait and probably use this as his excuse to tilt Anvita into affair convincing if your husband can fuck my gf why cant we do it, another angle to it.

I felt so sometime varun made this all setup but radhika too involved this think is new and suggestive to me.  I have another thought that Shreyas to all doing this to get revenge from anvita by fuck  for humiliate him publically Varun & shreyas have same goal to fuck anvita for their different goals and now they are making strategies as team to help both each other.
