After the breakfast I asked swetha to come along with me while her husband was having breakfast. Munna's elder sister was serving breakfast to him. I now started to chat with swetha and asked her how is she feeling now. She was very nervous as this was the first time after long years that she is talking to a man. She was very nervous that she couldn't even utter a single word.
Munna meanwhile finished his breakfast and came and sat next to us. Swetha sat next to me in the sofa kept in the hall while munna sat next to me in the floor. While munna sat near me swetha covered her face again not letting munna to see her face. Swetha was very shy now. Shankar said that till the completion of wedding night husband and wife should not see each other faces. That is why swetha face is covered by flowers.
Shankar now asked munna to go and prepare the room for first night. Munna said good bye to me and his wife and went to prepare the first night decorations. Now shankar too left the place saying that you both have some privacy. I now started chatting with swetha. I asked swetha how she agreed to marry munna since she was such a beauty. Swetha replied that she knew about munna before puberty itself. Actually she agreed to the marriage since I was going to be the chief of the wedding and that her parents have already shown my photo to her.
I was surprised by this. Shankar must have been planning for this for a long time, I thought to myself. Because without shankar no one has ever known me and so shankar has been planning a big farewell gift for me for a long time. But that guy has kept it as a secret from me for a long time.
Swetha was kind of nervous for a long time and so I had to stop chatting and give her some time to recover. I said swetha to go and sit along with her parents while her husband prepared the room for our first night. Swetha with much shyness woke and ran towards her parents.
I now went and tried to meet shankar. I searched in the room but he was not available I went outside and enquired about him and the husband of swetha's elder sister ramu came and told that shankar saab and his two brothers have taken swetha's elder sister to the riverside for refreshment. I had to sit alone there as the chief of the wedding was not allowed to leave the palace. At one moment I was angry on shankar for leaving me alone at the palace. But shankar has planned a great farewell gift for me so I couldn't scold him anything. I waited as time passed and munna was busy with preparation of the room. Munna's elder sister who was still naked cleaned the hall and came next to me and asked if I needed any special requests tonight. I just said them to prepare swetha well and properly shaven.
She then replied she will prepare accordingly. She then asked if she could be of any service to me for which I replied not needed now but I will tell later if required. She then thanked me and went inside to prepare the bride for first night.
