I am really intrigued to the story. Meera's liasion so far is known to 3 people. Sàravana and Prabhu's parents. And she believes nobody knows. She can be enlightened either through anyone of them. Most probably by Prabhu's parents through some social events where she will not be welcomed.
Meera is not a slut as she restrained herself from further adultery. Prabhu also did not contact her to avoid unnecessary complications in his life.
The most interesting development will be when she will realise the truth that Saravana knows everything. How she will react to the truth?

First, She was not invited for Prabu marriage. That is the first place where she was ignored. 

Second, When Saravana and Meera went to Prabu house to see his father, Prabu mother and father welcomed Saravanan with love and they did not do the same for Meera. This is second place where she was ignored. 

Meera did not realize/notice both these or she was only thinking about prabu that time.
