From the beginning they both facing same situation and encounters.

In my opinion it is little early to judge characters in this story
Because it is "No One Dies A Saint"

till now what anvita did, atul had done already more than anvita regarding adultery.
Seems, premature ejaculation problem kill confidence of men, so atul's reaction is there. May be if could be confident about his manliness his reaction or thought would be different while doing infidelity.

Till now atul anvita both are equal now to blaming for infidelity.
