One small change i can suggest here is the character names changed to suit other audience (especially saravana and using bhabi instead of madhani) and not using any words related to tamil language. I know that you can develop this story much better than original. The original was a short story, but i hope you extend this with your version of the story as a long adultery affair story. Waiting for the next update.
