Both saw the apartment and answered Joshi’s questions. Joshi was satisfied. However, both were looking for an apartment near to Soumya. Nothing can be near to this. They wanted this apartment at any cost.

Anand: We are ready, why to delay?

Joshi: There is another family coming. They asked first. Also preference is to families first here.

Both left the apartment and knocked Soumya’s apartment. She opened the door and asked them to come in. Both entered her apartment. Both Lata and Mahesh were there which made them quiet. After 15 mins talk and juice they left. They were disappointed because Soumya was so hot, but was always in the presence of her parents and Joshi. Also the apartment was not yet finalized for them. Nothing they could do. Just wait.
