I still disagree with you here on few things. Malli is not a child to not understand what she is doing is right or wrong. She is married for 4 years and in relation ship for 10 years. and she has already fallen for the money, charm and grace of Gowtham. Rajeev did not give any of these all these years. 

Gowtham lifestyle has definitely made an impact on her. She is considering his home as hers. In the name of friendship, help and kiss he has developed more closeness towards her. Malli also like that and still not much guilt although it is morally wrong. Malli thinks she is giving them as return gift for whatever Gowtham has given her like job, her family etc. She keeps saying Rajeev sorry for her behavior earlier. But now with crossing all lines, simple sorry will not help. Even Rajeev asked sorry for calling her bitch, she rejected him saying it has become a habbit for him. 

I dont think Rajeev is kind of person who shamelessly accept her behavior or change as cuck as planned by Gowtham.
