Chapter 129 - Unclear Wind

Sharmi arrived at Jay’s house later that morning, carrying a small bag of fruits and some homemade food. The moment she stepped inside, an eerie calm greeted her. The house felt unusually quiet. She glanced toward the bedroom and saw Jay lying on the bed, seemingly asleep.

Curious, she looked around. The bed was neatly made, but many of Nikitha’s dresses were missing from the wardrobe. Her eyes then fell on the dining table — the divorce papers lay there, neatly signed by both of them. The finality hit her hard. Nikitha had truly moved on.

That was when Sharmi noticed the truth. Jay wasn’t sleeping. His eyes were tightly closed, but silent tears slipped down the sides of his face. He was quietly weeping, trying to hold himself together.

Sharmi’s heart twisted. She slowly moved back to the hall and sat at the table, her mind flooding with memories. She recalled how Jay had always supported her, guided her through tough times. She knew how sweet Jay and Nikitha had once been as a couple. Deep down, she believed Mumbai had changed everything — and that she herself was one of the main reasons. Her playful cupid games, her jealousy, and her interference had snowballed into this painful separation.

She was grateful that Jay had never shown disappointment or anger toward her, even though she felt partly responsible for their split. Her heart ached with guilt. Anger bubbled up when she thought of Nikitha happily starting a new life with Tharun, while Jay was the one left suffering alone.
Sharmi slapped her own cheek lightly, disgusted with herself. Why did I poke my nose into their lives?

She genuinely felt terrible. She remembered the charming, confident man the company saw — the one everyone thought was a womanizer, a playboy who casually slept with women like Anjali. In reality, he had been suffering silently through love, misunderstandings, and pain. She didn’t want to see Jay broken like this.

Taking full accountability for his suffering, Sharmi made a firm decision. If I was the reason for his fall, then I will bring him back. She wanted to see the old Jay again — the tough, charismatic playboy that women secretly craved. She knew she couldn’t change Nikitha, but she could try to heal the man she had helped break.

Sharmi stood at the doorway for a few seconds, her heart hammering in her chest. The weight of her guilt felt heavier than ever as she watched Jay lying there, eyes tightly shut, his face twisted in silent pain. He was trying so hard to digest Nikitha’s permanent absence, to hold back the storm inside him.

She took a deep breath, then stepped into the bedroom, closing the door softly behind her. Without saying a word, she began undressing. Her top slipped off, followed by her bra. Her full, bare breasts bounced gently with each movement.

Quietly, she climbed onto the bed. The mattress dipped under her weight. Jay didn’t react at first.

Then she crawled forward on all fours, slowly positioning herself over his body. Her soft, naked breasts pressed warmly against his face as she hovered above him, her nipples brushing lightly against his skin.

Jay’s eyes flew open in shock.

“You need this,” Sharmi whispered, her voice low, husky, and filled with determination. Her breath was warm against his ear. “You’ve been carrying too much pain alone. Let it out on me.”

She lowered herself a little more, deliberately pressing her bare chest firmer against his face, offering herself completely. Her body trembled slightly — not from fear, but from the heavy mix of guilt, desire, and the desperate need to heal the man she believed she had helped break.

Meanwhile at Tharun’s apartment

Nikitha was sobbing uncontrollably in Tharun’s arms. He held her tightly, stroking her back, careful not to say anything that might hurt her further. He decided to keep quiet about Mithra and the complications for now — at least until she calmed down.
Tharun cooked a simple breakfast for both of them and gently made her eat. “We will go through this together,” he assured her softly.

But inside, he felt no real happiness. Nikitha had signed the divorce and moved in with him, trusting that he would take care of her. The situation had become incredibly messy. First Mithra, and now Mithra had secured his parents’ approval for marriage. He had to balance everyone’s expectations, and Nikitha had arrived at the worst possible time.

No matter what, he thought, burying the truth for the moment, she is mine now. I will find a way.

Back at Jay’s house

Jay’s eyes flew open in shock.

“You need this,” Sharmi whispered, her voice low, husky, and filled with determination. Her breath was warm against his ear. “You’ve been carrying too much pain alone. Let it out on me.”

She lowered herself a little more, deliberately pressing her bare chest firmer against his face, offering herself completely. Her body trembled slightly — not from fear, but from the heavy mix of guilt, desire, and the desperate need to heal the man she believed she had helped break.

Jay’s eyes widened. He immediately pushed her away gently but firmly. “Sharmi, what are you doing?”

He looked at her gorgeous, naked body. Months ago, or even a few weeks back, the situation might have ended very differently. But today, he was in no mood — and morally, he couldn’t bring himself to do it.

Sharmi sat back on her heels, breathing heavily, her chest rising and falling. Her eyes were filled with a mixture of guilt, determination, and raw emotion.

“Jay… I’m the reason for all your sufferings,” she said, her voice cracking. “If I had not interfered, you and Nikitha would have found a way back. I have messed up everything. When she is out there fucking with her new lover, I don’t want you to suffer alone. I was the reason. So vent it on me. Sexually. Take me the way you want. Use me. Punish me if you need to. I can take it.”
She moved closer again, her voice turning softer but urgent.

“Allow me to bring you back. I want to see the tough man again — the one people may speak badly about behind your back, but who many women secretly had a crush on. Especially for your ruggedness, your confidence, that magnetic charm. Some women have always wanted to be near you, to feel that power. I want to bring that charmer back. Not this broken version of you. I feel responsible. I need to fix it.”

Jay stared at her for a long, heavy moment. The silence in the room was thick. He searched her face, seeing genuine remorse mixed with desire. Finally, he let out a deep sigh.

“Okay… come.”

Sharmi’s breath hitched. She moved nervously toward him, her heart pounding. Jay stood briefly, removed his trousers, and pushed her down onto her back with controlled strength. Her full, soft breasts shook enticingly with the motion, the sight incredibly alluring under the morning light filtering into the room.

He positioned himself between her spread legs, his hard cock pressing right against her warm entrance, teasing but not entering yet. He bent over her, his strong body hovering above hers, looking directly into her eyes with an intensity that made her shiver.
Before he took her, he paused, his voice low and serious.

“Before I do this… I want you to decide on something…”

Sharmi looked up at his face, her cheeks flushed, breathing shallow. She was unsure and slightly nervous about what he was about to ask, her body already trembling with anticipation and guilt beneath him.

If what you said were literally true, you probably wouldn’t even be able to comment here. It seems like the comparison of an elephant climbing a tree has upset you, are you ok my friend?

No :'( But still a tiny little hope is keeping me little stable. Thank you very much for your kind concern. :'(

Best. I think in the end, Nikita will not get either Joy or Tarun. Both will lose.

Chapter 130 - Jay lesson on Affair

“Before I do this… I want you to decide on something…”

Sharmi looked up at his face, her cheeks flushed, breathing shallow and quick. She was unsure and slightly nervous about what he was about to ask. Her body trembled beneath him with a chaotic mix of anticipation, guilt, and desire.

“Ask me,” she whispered. “I’m obligated to respond. Once I have sex with you… it can’t be temporary, right? The physical surge will always be there. Will you be okay with that?”

Jay smiled faintly, already knowing her mindset.
He slowly pulled back and sat on the edge of the bed, looking at her with quiet seriousness.

“Second,” he continued, “once I fuck you, I may develop certain fantasies. I might need you whenever I want, around my wish, So you will be pushed to lie to your husband, like if someone found they would call us cheating...”
Sharmi looked confused, a flicker of fear in her eyes.

“Third,” Jay said, his voice heavy, “if things got escalated mentally not just physically, i may even need you to leave your husband for me.”

Sharmi’s eyes widened in shock.
She rose up immediately, pushing against his chest. “Jay, that’s impossible!”

Jay smiled sadly and gave her space. “You came all the way here ready to get fucked? Why?”

As Sharmi struggled for words, Jay continued, his tone calm yet filled with hard-earned wisdom.

“Let me share my experience. Getting physically involved is not really fun in the long run. It crushes you emotionally. Take my life as an example. A husband and wife relationship is one of the most sacred and beautiful things in life. It is built on years of trust, understanding, shared dreams, and countless small sacrifices. It is not just about love — it is about a home, about security, about having someone who truly stands by you through everything.

But one moment of fantasy, one moment of ‘fun’, one impulsive sexual decision… can break everything. Sex outside the marriage doesn’t just satisfy desire — it breaks families. It shatters trust that took years to build. It destroys the foundation you both worked so hard to create. Everything you built together — memories, respect, emotional safety — can crumble in the face of one wrong step. I’m living proof of that right now.”

He looked at her gently.

“I know you and your husband have no kids yet, but you two are content. You have a beautiful understanding. When things were odd with Nikitha and my uncle came, you even offered your home saying ‘My husband is understanding.’ When you already share such a strong bond, why risk destroying it? It simply doesn’t worth it. I’ve learned these hard lessons through pain. Don’t walk the same path I did.”

Jay sighed deeply.

“I got naked because I didn’t want you to feel odd or awkward as you are already naked. But more than whether I need sex right now or not, the real issue is this — you lose your judgment when it comes to helping others. There has to be a limit. Once you lose everything, it’s gone forever. A single night of passion can feel exciting in the moment, but it leaves behind broken homes, broken hearts, and lifelong regret.”

Sharmi’s eyes filled with tears. “I was the reason for your current state…”

“If you really want to console me,” If you really want to get me back on my feet, Jay said softly, “give me your shoulder. If I feel like crying, I’ll shed my tears on it. Give me a hug to comfort me. That’s it. Give me your hand to help pull me up from the bottom. Sex is not required here. One may feel like getting a nice sex to get one self come out of depression or whatever down they feel but It offers nothing lasting — it only complicates everything and breaks more than it heals.”

He leaned forward and kissed her forehead tenderly, holding the kiss for a long, affectionate moment.

“But thank you,” he whispered against her skin. “I’ll take the friendship. That’s more than enough for me to come out of this.”

You are already giving me enough strength, Sex is not necessary, You may even ask me about people you know or you read in stories going to different person for sex, just as a fun or one time or temporary. See in first place,  I'm not rejecting you or the sex, but what you trying to do is coming out of impulse, not with clarity, people who cannot contain emotions checked, this kind of thing wont work. The people we see in story is just fantasy, they are not real, we never know whats the aftermath, The real persons who does this, have we ever know them fully, how much they suffer internally? It suits to only a rareset set of people, who would take anything without emotionally that's rare.

Given the condition how you came forward to sleep with me. I know you, you are emotionally vulnerable, this wont suit you. Even if you can control it, as a mentor i would advice you to not get into something that will break you yourself bit by bit. Emotions and love are dangerous.

I have you as a friend, thats enough, yea im said, i need consolation. Give me a hug thats enough.

He rose both his hands, asking for a hug, but Sharmi didnt move, her heart filled with regret of what blunder she was about to make, Jay moved to her and hugged her warm. For few minutes they were hugging each other in silence. Jay held her close while he tried to process the flood of emotions still raging inside him. After some time, he stood up, picked up her bra and panties, and gently handed them to her along with the rest of her clothes.

“Wear them,” he said softly.

Sharmi felt strangely odd standing naked in front of him now — not because of shame, but because of the deep respect and maturity Jay had shown. She quietly began dressing, her heart heavier yet strangely lighter at the same time. She just uttered a word "I'm Sorry"

“She seems a bit weak,” the doctor said calmly. “Probably didn’t eat enough, combined with stress and lack of proper sleep. Her blood pressure shot up suddenly, causing her to faint. She’ll be fine in a few hours. Make sure she stays hydrated and eats nutritious food.” With a polite nod, the doctor left.

Chapter 131 – Fading Echoes

Several days passed.

Jay had returned to the office, and the entire floor welcomed him back with warmth and relief. Colleagues clapped, some patted his shoulder, and a few even joked about how the team had missed their “backbone.” Jay smiled through it all, but his eyes kept searching for one person.

Sharmi stood awkwardly at the far end of the room, hesitant to approach. The last time she had seen him — after that vulnerable day — she had left his house immediately after dressing, unable to meet his eyes. The shame still lingered.

But Jay approached her himself.
“Sharmi,” he said with a gentle smile, “why didn’t you pick my calls? I expected you would come to my place. Why?”

Even if you leave me alone, how will I breathe?” he added, laughing lightly to ease the tension.
Sharmi looked down, her cheeks flushing.

“Please… I feel embarrassed about that day,” she whispered.
Jay caught her hand gently.

“You are pure. You have a golden heart — that’s why you cared for me selflessly and wanted me to come out of it. To the woman who thinks about me like that, will I ever see you as little? I have a big place for you in my heart.”

Sharmi felt a weight lift. She smiled shyly.
“I’m sorry,” she said.

“No,” Jay replied, grinning. “Buy me lunch. It’s on you.”
She laughed softly. “Okay.”

Then he reminded her, “Tomorrow I’m going to my village.
I need you to send the drafts to my mail. I’ll rework them and send them back.”
She nodded, still smiling.

Meanwhile, Tharun had not yet opened up to Nikitha about the new threat looming over them. However, he had spoken to his parents over the phone. They were confused and upset — they had already fixed dates, halls, and everything for his marriage. He told them he would come the following weekend to explain everything in person.

Nikitha could not be herself. She felt more pain only after finally breaking things with Jay. She still regretted missing every chance they had. Her stubbornness had cost her dearly.

Tharun didn’t sexually approach her during this period, but he was becoming increasingly irritated and losing his inner peace with every sudden development around them. To make matters worse, Nikitha entered his cabin one afternoon and said,

“Tharun, tomorrow we must go to his village. We need to start early.”

She pressed gently, “It’s the last thing that will connect me with Jay. I promise I will come out of it after our village visit.”

Tharun looked at her, his expression unreadable.

“After we return from the village,” he said quietly, “I need to hear his name only in court and on papers. I’m going to reapply and write a letter to HR asking to post us to Cochin locations. We may shift there soon.”

The reality kept her in check.

Jay used to say that after sex, everything would fade. She was already facing it. Tharun had been her only moral support, but she had not yet considered him as love. She only had Jay in her heart, and the truth of that reality hurt her more. Now, after she had moved on with the divorce, things were fading even more vigorously. She couldn’t satisfy Tharun’s emotional needs or fully understand what he was undergoing. She felt herself like a failed lover.

For what point, to announce that they are getting divorce after just two - three year's marriage, would jay agree to face humiliation infront whole village, he will become laughing stock at native, wonder how would he deal this situation with his recently increased maturity level

Because she keeps her promises  : ?

Even Jay says in one of the conversations his uncle visited that losing her is the biggest thing and not humiliation in front of his family or villagers and it doesn't matter much. Infact if you remember clearly he agreed to go to his village only when Nikita says she won't ask for divorce for sometime. Otherwise he has no intention to go to his village.

I have gone through the initial chapters and it actually gives a lot of insight after this journey.
1. After making love to Nikita for the very first time he asks her whether  she loves him and she says no but she is greatful and have respect towards him
2. After getting promotion while returning from his village he says they can payoff the loan in 6 years. Nikita says so we have to stay together for 6 more years and he interprets as she losing youth for his sake and his issues and hatches the plan to get her into his company.
3. After the storage room incident, when Nikita slaps him and says he is occupied with Anjali more now a days, he asks whether she is Jealous. She laughs and says no way.

So really her confession to Tarun where she says he never considered her feelings and felt he owned her as an object (from the sex they had after Tarun kissed her first time) came from. To me it appears like she is moving on as she believes she doesn't deserve him and making amends with Tarun like opening up with everything (even the mirror incident) tells me she wants to build her life with Tarun by not repeating the mistakes she made with Jay.

But with the text Mithra sent and Tarun not being open with Nikita for more than a week, not sure where it is leading to.

For Jay it wouldn't matter at all considering the emotional maturity he showed with Sharmi in the previous chapter. Even if his family disowns him completely or the entire village makes fun of him, I don't think it would impact him to the level of impact he had with Nikita leaving him and choosing Tarun.

My Prediction for the Ending

At this point, I think the story is ultimately heading toward Jay and Nikita reconciling.

Jay's affair was the first major mistake that shattered the marriage. Nikita's relationship with Tarun wasn't just an act of revenge—it showed that she had genuinely tried to move on and build a new future.

Jay witnessing Tarun and Nikita together felt like the emotional climax. It seemed like the moment he truly accepted that his marriage was over. He stopped chasing Nikita, accepted the divorce, and decided to move forward with his life.

Now, I think the remaining story will revolve around everyone realizing what they truly want.

Mithra's return could become a major turning point. If she sincerely wants to marry Tarun and consistently proves through her actions that she genuinely loves him, Tarun may slowly have a change of heart. At the same time, he may begin to notice that, despite all her efforts to move on, a part of Nikita still remains emotionally connected to Jay.

Rather than holding on to someone whose heart is divided, Tarun may decide to let Nikita go—not because he stopped loving her, but because he finally realizes he deserves someone who chooses him completely. Mithra, who never stopped believing in him, may become that person.

Meanwhile, Nikita may realize that even after divorce, even after trying to build a life with Tarun, Jay was never truly erased from her heart. It isn't guilt that brings her back—it is the realization that she still loves him.

Jay, on the other hand, won't be the one chasing her anymore. He has already accepted the consequences of his mistakes and learned from them. If they reunite, it will be because Nikita makes that choice herself.

So I think the ending could look like this:

- Jay and Nikita reconcile after both have grown and accepted responsibility for their choices.
- Tarun finds peace by accepting Mithra's sincere love and deciding to build a future with someone who chooses him without hesitation.
- Mithra's persistence and genuine affection become the reason Tarun opens his heart again.
- Everyone gets a second chance, but only after learning difficult lessons about love, trust, and letting go.

If this is the direction, then the ending won't simply be about who ends up with whom. It will be about each character finding the person who truly chooses them, wholeheartedly.

My original choice:

Personally, I would have preferred the story to end with the divorce, where Jay learns from his mistakes and moves forward while Nikita builds a life with Tarun. That felt like a natural consequence of everyone's choices.

I change this ending, because of Mithra's entry.

But if reconciliation is the destination, then the success of the ending will depend entirely on whether the author can convincingly show why Nikita chooses Jay again after everything that has happened. Without that emotional groundwork, the ending may feel more like a reversal or a U-Turn than a resolution.
-Pickup, drop, escape.

Here's an unexpected ending that doesn't rely on a death or a last-minute villain twist, but instead subverts everyone's expectations.

An Unexpected Ending

Everyone expects Jay and Nikita to reconcile.

Nikita finally gathers the courage to meet Jay and tell him that she has realized she still loves him. She apologizes for everything and asks whether they can start over.

Jay listens quietly.

Then, for the first time in the story, he says no.

He tells her that he will always care about her, but the day he witnessed her with Tarun, something inside him changed forever. He forgave her long ago, but forgiveness isn't the same as wanting the relationship back.

Meanwhile, Tarun also reaches a turning point. Mithra never gave up on him. She stood by him without conditions, and over time he realizes that real love isn't about chasing someone whose heart belongs elsewhere. He accepts Mithra's proposal and decides to build a future with her.

Nikita is left alone—not as a punishment, but as a consequence of life's timing. She realizes that she didn't lose Jay because of one mistake. She lost him because both of them kept realizing the value of the other only after letting go.

The final chapter jumps ahead a few years.

- Jay is living a peaceful life, content on his own, finally free from the guilt that haunted him.
- Tarun and Mithra are happily married, having built a relationship on trust and certainty.
- Nikita has rebuilt her own life and found happiness without depending on either man.

The last scene is all three of them attending the same event by coincidence. They smile at one another—not with regret, jealousy, or resentment, but with gratitude for the roles they played in each other's lives.

No one gets the ending they originally wanted.

Instead, everyone gets the ending they needed.
-Pickup, drop, escape.

If at all the revelation of Jay witnessing her and Tarun happens, i can't even bring myself to imagine Nikitha reaction. But I have full confidence in our magic writer Mr Heygi that it would be a whirl wind of emotions i.e, shame, hurt, anger all mixed into one

"Will Tharun fight with Mithra for Nikhitha?".

"Will Nikhitha do something to support Jay in the upcoming village drama? Because of that, Tharun will be deeply hurt. Even after everything that has happened, will Tharun still love Nikhitha? That is the big question now."
