I think he shouldn’t focus too much on details.

Heygi, just write the story for your own pleasure and share it with us — after all, sharing is caring.

You’re not going to gain anything from this anyway, so write however you wish.

Chapter 147 -  Get back on your feet

The same day that evening, after most of the staff had left,
Mirna called Varsha into her cabin.

“Varsha, can you come in for a minute?
I need to discuss something with you.”

Varsha entered nervously, expecting a formal HR talk.
Mirna closed the door behind her and gestured for her to sit on the sofa instead of the chair opposite the desk.

Mirna poured two cups of coffee and sat beside her, not behind the desk.
The gesture made Varsha relax slightly.
Mirna took a sip and spoke gently but directly.

“I heard your story from Prakash sir.
He is genuinely concerned about you.
He told me how strong and different you are… how you’ve been handling everything alone.”

Ever since I heard the story, I was excited to see you, a young girl fighting against odd, No non-sense attitude, ambitious.
I was even imagining a mental figure of a young girl who was so much into the work, brilliant, cheerful, like a true leader.

But I could not see a girl matching that description with you?

Instead I see a girl who is lost
Instead a girl who tore an official paper on my desk.
Fighting with a co-worker for a personal reason.

As a HR what should i do..
Should I not be ready to kick you out?
Least suspension?

Varsha looked down, embarrassed.
Sorry mam.

Mirna continued, her voice soft but firm.
I'm here to do that but not now. Don't worry,  I wanted to give my people some time to fix it.
The company is already in a deep mess.

My husband Vikram is purchasing a large share, imagining great outcomes. But everything looks broken here, the work culture, the productivity, the best performing staff like Rahul is a fraudster who sold company secrets, the remaining two of them have personal issues.

What will you do if you are an owner of this company?
Not asking you as a HR, just think we are some friends and you are advicing me?

Varsha told, i would hire more efficient staff.
Mirna asked what about inefficient people who are not focused?

Varsha inhaled deeper and I would remove them..
Did I try that?
Varsha: No mam

Mirna continued
It's just two days and you have disappointed me, I could not see any Spark in you..
Instead I could see only you are distressed and struggling with love.
I'm sorry man, next time I wont…

Mirna held her palm and said.. So far I speak as a HR, let me take a liberty as a friend, and advice to someone who asked me last evening if I'm alright when I cried.
Mirna inhaled deeply and said.

“It’s okay to love someone, Varsha. Love is beautiful.
But right now, you’re losing yourself in it.

You’re risking your family, your stability, your future… for a man who doesn’t seem to value what you’re sacrificing.”
Varsha’s eyes welled up.

He is a good person, mam, and I… I just don’t want him to struggle because of me.”
Mirna said, I don't understand if you care to explain or tell your story, i may help on this.
Varsha looked at her..

10 Mins she narrated the full story of what happened between her and gowtham, and why she is like this
Mirna placed a gentle hand on Varsha’s shoulder.

“I understand that feeling. I’ve been there. But listen to me carefully — a love that drowns both of you is not love. It should uplift you. It should make you stronger, not make you throw away your dignity and security.”

People in love sometimes throw their dignity for loved ones, it happened in my case too..
But the situation has to be extreme or needy!

You submitted your resignation. You tore his letter to protect him.
You’re ready to suffer so he can live comfortably.
That’s not strength anymore, Varsha.
That’s self-destruction.

Answer my question Varsha

Have you ever asked him why he wanted to resign?
How did you decide you are the reason why he is quitting?
Do you know if he is wealthy or poor or middle class like you instantly decided he would suffer from his regular bills if he quit?
And why are you doing this drastic step, before even not knowing if that is a love or any other feelings?
Has none of this appeared in your mind Varsha?

Varsha was stunned with Mirna’s questions.

Mirna continued, when something is wrong between lovers or couples,
the first thing one should do is question them, what, why and How?
and you never asked why did he quit and you assumed.
Speaking to your partner and asking open is basic.

Mirna said, i wont judge your intelligence, people in love sometimes allow love to emotionally blind them in the process they lose themself, you are doing exactly the same, losing your uniqueness, your boldness, your original character. Even if Gowtham had loved you, do you think he would treat you the same as before? Wont he ridicule you for your absurdity in the near future..?  Remember he proposed to you when you are bold, now you look like weak, easy and only emotionally viable women.

Don't you know you lost your own self, in this uncertainty?  look at that mirror, see your face, do you see yourself, the old confident terrifying Varsha prakash praised me about?

She shook her head No.
Then
“Get back on your feet. Focus on your job, your growth, your family. If Gowtham really cares, he will respect you for it. If he doesn’t… then you have your answer.”

People in Love grow together; they don't drag each other down. Even today my husband and I have a misunderstanding, still we speak, still i manage his business here. Love is not a one day emotional bonding, it has a long path to go.
Get back on your feet

Varsha wiped her tears silently.
She paused, letting her words sink in.
Mirna’s voice softened further.

She gave Varsha a small, encouraging smile.
“You’re young, beautiful, and capable. Don’t let one man make you forget your own worth.”

Varsha nodded slowly, her voice barely a whisper.
“Thank you, ma’am.”

Mirna squeezed her shoulder lightly.
“Take care of yourself first. The rest will fall into place.”

He is not in state of keeping bedpan. Only one leg injury. Only sneha will take him to toilet cleaning etc like mom /  wife. He should then feel guilty of using her and treating her like slut.

Chapter 148 - The Old Varsha Returns

The next morning at the hospital, the doctors did their rounds at 7:40 AM.
After checking Gowtham’s reports and the latest X-ray, the senior doctor nodded with satisfaction.

“He’s stable. We can discharge him this evening. The fracture is just a hairline crack. With proper rest and physiotherapy, he should recover well in six weeks. But he needs someone to take care of him at home for the first two to three weeks.”
Suresh and Sneha looked at each other. They had already discussed it.

“We’ll take care of him,” Suresh said firmly. “We’ll bring him home once he’s discharged.”

The doctor gave them some instructions and asked them to meet him for the final discharge procedures. Suresh and Sneha stepped out of the ward together.

Meanwhile, Varsha entered the hospital carrying a small bouquet of fresh flowers.
She was dressed in a bright, elegant churidar — confident, composed, and looking like her old self again.

When she stepped into the ward, Gowtham’s eyes widened in surprise. For a second, irritation flashed across his face, but it was quickly replaced by genuine shock at seeing her like this and at his early hours.

Varsha walked straight to his bed and placed the bouquet on the side table.
Gowtham asked, what are you doing at this hour?

Didn't i say this already, please don't bother me..
I don't know  which Varsha I am speaking to.
The sudden caring or the one who only values money.

Varsha stopped him, calm down.
I too wanted to tell that, like i wont bother you anymore.
Gowtham was shocked and asked ‘What?

She sat down on the chair without waiting for permission.
“I’m sorry for messing things up,”
she began, her voice steady. “I just came to tell you something important.
The one you want to be.. Like I wont bother you anymore.
I’ll only need five minutes. If you allow me, I’ll open myself, spill everything and leave.”

Gowtham, caught off guard by her bold, straightforward tone, simply nodded.
After a pause..
Varsha took a deep breath and began.

“I think I have feelings for you. I can’t name it love yet, but I was blinded by emotion.
Especially after I rejected you so harshly, telling you money was the only thing that mattered and that you were not in my range.
I was right about many things… but I was also wrong.”

Gowtham stared at her, stunned.
She continued, “But my feelings for you are real. They were already there when you were indirectly proposing to me. I said those cruel things to push you away. I even let Rahul get close just to cut you off. That kiss in the car never happened. The gate has CCTV — you can check it.”

Gowtham remained silent, processing her words.

“I’m not here to beg or prove I’m true to you,” Varsha said firmly. “I’m here to clear the misunderstanding and start fresh.
We both at some point expressed we had a feeling for each other, it's just timing got worse. When you expressed it, I rejected you. When I do, you get irritated.

With you coming back to the company, we have to work together again.
With a new team HR will be bringing in.. Our personal issues should not reflect there.
so I decided to clear up to maintain professionalism at the office.

And personally too, I don't want to cheat myself, telling my feelings are nothing.. I really want to give it a chance.
Let’s forget all the odds and be friends from now on. Let’s work together, plan together, grow together. If destiny has something more for us, it will happen. If not, we’ll still be okay.”
I hope this should be okay between us..

She extended her hand for a shake.

Gowtham, still confused and overwhelmed, instinctively reached out. Their hands met.
Varsha gave him a firm handshake and smiled.

Now as we are friends.. I don't want to carry forward our relationship with assumptions.

“Why did you try to quit?” she asked.
“Do you have genuine reasons?”

Gowtham doesn't want to tell the truth, he said I just thought of shifting to a new offer?!
Before he could answer properly, she placed a printed copy of his startup plan on the bed.
I know it already, I just wanted to confirm if you are ready to open up to me.
Thats okay. But your plan and idea is cool.

“How did you get this?” Gowtham asked, shocked.
“I took a print from your PC,”
I never shared my PC password, he said.
“I hacked it.” she said casually
Gowtham’s eyes widened. “What? Are you for real? Are you back to your cunning methods?”

Varsha smiled — the old, confident, slightly dangerous smile he remembered.

“That’s me, always. I tried to be good, genuine, and nice… but being nice just hurts me and my peace. It’s better to be myself.”
The one more reason why I didn't want to give you up and try again and see if we fit for each other is, you know all my weakness, all my Shadiness, which I would have to fear with someone new if they have to fall in love or marry me.

With you I don't have to worry as you know me and yet proposed to me.

They looked at each other in silence, a strange understanding passing between them.

Varsha stood up.

“Good luck with your future — I mean the startup. I’ll help you too.
Get back on your feet soon. We’ll meet at the office.”
She turned and walked out without waiting for a reply.

Outside the hospital, Varsha felt like she could breathe fresh air again.
A weight had lifted from her chest.

She walked to the parking area and got into the Thar.
Mirna was already in the driver’s seat, wearing coolers, looking every bit the powerful woman she was.
“You spoke to him?” Mirna asked.

Varsha nodded, exhaling deeply.
“Yes. He was stunned to see my old self, i could see that in my eyes.
When I’m being myself… It feels so good.
Trying to be nice just hurt me. It’s better to be real.
If a person wants to stay, they will. If not, let them leave.”

Mirna patted her shoulder with a proud smile.
“Let’s go to the company. We have a lot of things to do together to transform this place.”
The Thar roared out of the hospital parking and sped into the streets.

Chapter 149 - Reflections and Reality

When Varsha left the ward, Gowtham sat in silence, staring at the bouquet she had placed on the side table.

He couldn’t believe the transformation he had just witnessed. The bold, confident, slightly dangerous Varsha he once knew had returned — the one who didn’t beg, didn’t cry, and didn’t bend over backwards for anyone. The same woman who had coldly told him money was everything and that he wasn’t in her range.

Why does it feel like I’m losing control over her? Did i overdoes it? he thought.
Jiiva walked back into the room a few minutes later, carrying a bottle of water.

“Who was that with the bouquet?” Jiiva asked casually.
“Varsha,” Gowtham replied, still lost in thought.

Jiiva raised an eyebrow. “So when are you getting discharged? Did the doctor say anything?”
“Yes. They’re discharging me today. Sneha is meeting the doctor right now. She’ll let us know the details.”
“Where’s her husband?”
“He went with her.”

Jiiva smirked. “Dei, why don’t you just say both of them went? I don’t consider him a factor anyway.”
Gowtham didn’t respond.

Jiiva sat on the chair beside the bed and looked at him seriously.
“I rightly said you’re an ungrateful idiot.
Have some shame, machi. They were the ones who stayed with you the whole night.
Sneha even cooked for you.” But you are ridiculing her husband at their back?
“I know,” Gowtham muttered.

“Still, he is nothing before a beauty like Sneha,” he added under his breath.
Jiiva suddenly slapped Gowtham’s wounded leg — not hard, but enough to make him wince.

“That lady is married, da! Varsha has come here twice now just for you, she dropped her ego came to you.. Just accept her love and move on.
Don’t use anything filthy in your mind. I saw how your eyes went on Sneha yesterday. If you hurt her, I’ll warn her husband myself.”

Gowtham laughed darkly. Jiiva had no idea Sneha was in a sexual relationship with him.

Jiiva shook his head. “I’m serious. What’s low with Varsha? She is gorgeous, open your eyes, she looks like an actress.
anyone will eye, Sneha is good, but she is nothing before Varsha.. and  she is on your age too.

Seeing unresponsiveness from Gowtham,
after a smirk Jiiva said.
Everything comes easier in your way, that's why you’re taking it lightly, taking people for granted, and mistreating them.”

Stop your lessons and cant you keep quiet as a good friend.
Jiiva said a Good friend is one who lead his friend to right path,
im not the one who keep silence as you ask. or encourage your absurdness. .

Jiiva stopped speaking as Sneha and Suresh entered the ward.
They had completed the discharge formalities.
Suresh looked at Jiiva and said, “We’ll take him home this evening.
Are you coming with us?”

Jiiva shook his head. “I’m getting back to my trip tonight, so I won’t be available for a month.
Take care of him.”
They dispersed after a short conversation.

That Evening

Gowtham was discharged and brought home in Suresh’s car. He moved slowly with the help of crutches, his leg heavily bandaged.
Suresh and Sneha had already prepared the guest room for him — clean sheets, a side table for medicines, and easy access to the bathroom. They helped him settle in without much conversation.

Gowtham lay on the bed, looking at the ceiling.
He was now officially staying in their house — dependent on the same couple he had once manipulated.

A strange, uneasy feeling settled in his chest.

Story should have balance but here one sided from episide 1 from.gautham.

Author suporting completly gautham and making sneha charecter more.degraded like slut  and suresh as useless husband

Sex scenes between gautham and sneha is borimg as the pattern is same simce beggening  as he gets mood and ask sneha to come and then brutal dominated sex and make her more degraded, submissive ..it wont looking good to degrading sneha as that cheap.

Its all just to make gautham charecter more powerful

Unnecessarily dragging the story just for.gautham..

Sorry but its my opinion

Gautham is given unnecessary attention, a bastard like him should be put in place. I am unable to understand Suresh and his cowardice behaviour, if Jiva can understand from stare of Gowtham - the disrespect towards Sneha at hospital then why Suresh is not understanding that... this story should close the loop of disrespecting Sneha anymore

Lets see what happens next

Chapter 150 - Shifting Tides

The first week had been hectic for everyone.
Varsha threw herself into work with renewed energy. She teamed up with Mirna for a massive recruitment drive — redesigning roles, evaluating existing employees, and aggressively hiring fresh talent. For the first time in months, she felt focused and in control.

In her spare time, she secretly researched Gowtham’s AI startup plan, noting down potential investors. She researched herself to give it as a gift for him when he comes back to work. In her research,  One name stood out — V-Activate Group — but she quickly dismissed it. A giant like them won’t bother with someone like Gowtham… or me.

Meanwhile, at home, Gowtham’s recovery made him completely dependent on Sneha. She helped him move around the house, assisted him to the bathroom, and even woke up in the middle of the night when he called her on the phone because he needed to urinate. Every small task reminded him — and her — of how helpless he currently was.

Sneha did it all without complaint, but the emotional and physical toll was visible.

At V-Activate Group Headquarters

By the second week, the circular Suresh had proposed was already in motion.
Companies under Aditya’s funding had conducted the internal exams with the hidden “fun question.”
Aditya called another special Hands meeting. When Suresh entered the room, the atmosphere was electric.
Aditya stood at the head of the table, a rare genuine smile on his face.
“Suresh, can you guess how many ideas we cracked with your circular?”

Suresh shook his head.
“154 solid ideas,” Aditya announced proudly. “We cross-checked the employees. Almost 90% of them were ordinary staff who never showcased their talent before. The Hands are going to have a tough time reaching all of them.”

The room buzzed with excitement.

Suresh said, so im going to have to befriend someone out there as a Hand.

Aditya looked directly at Suresh.
“You are not a Hand anymore.”

Suresh blinked, surprised. “What?”
Aditya’s smile widened.

“You are now one of us. Welcome to the V Club — the decision makers.
You are no longer going to earn me one or two crores. You are going to bring in fifty crores if my projections are right just for a month.
You deserve the best.

I don’t know how I missed you all these days.”
This is the gift im giving you. You will enjoy same power as Vinodhini, but your role is below her on title.

The entire room clapped.
Vinodhini and Viraj gave Suresh respectful nods.
For the first time, Suresh felt truly accepted into Aditya’s inner circle.

Back at Home

That same week, a subtle but noticeable shift began in the house.

Late at night, when the world was quiet, the sounds of Suresh and Sneha’s lovemaking started reaching Gowtham’s ears from the master bedroom. Soft moans, the creak of the bed, Sneha’s muffled gasps — it all carried clearly through the walls.

Gowtham lay awake in the guest room, jaw clenched, staring at the ceiling.
Every night it happened, irritation grew inside him. He had grown used to Sneha coming to him whenever he wanted. Now she was giving that intimacy to her husband — and it stung more than he expected.

He told himself it was just physical frustration.
But deep down, something darker was brewing.
