2) Gowtham woke up up at 6.30 am IST next day morning after the candle light fucking. He got ready in two hours and came for breakfast to Sneha's house. He doesn't have a maid also and he wouldn't have been able to clean all the rose petals in his house properly in that two hours span. Went to office straight from Sneha's house and met with accident in that evening. It would be natural to show the uncleaned house to Suresh/Sneha when they bring him back or open his house to get his clothes & dental kit to hospital. Just a thought for the sake of good continuity

3) Initially I didn't like the cinematic turn of his accident, but later realising that it would help in multiple ways to progress the story
a) The couple may get a clue about kidnap while adjusting things in his house
b) Gowtham repents the way the couple treat him as a family member
c) Alternatively - the peaks of sadism can also be shown when he tries to pull Sneha more towards him in the sympathy angle

Although you are failed in guessing new HR (I guessed Mirna), you are still selected for a assistant director role for maintaining good continuity in between the scenes (uncleaned rose petals) when Heygi becomes a director

She gave her 100% love on him, not knowing who he really is. he is actually kind of don or underworld fellow. Vikram struggled lot to hide the fact.. such a strong man fears only for Mirna, the same fear eventualy make himself to lend Mirna to Bharath in the name of love/medicine to his wound. Eventually she herself detach from Vikram, telling She goes with Bharath for sex, but deep down she is doing to protect Vikram. What happen next will the truth got exposed? Who is Vikram. Did their love got them back.. thats how the story will go.
