Chapter 91: The Cracking Mask
Rahul could not sleep. For almost a week now, the brutal truth he had learned in the hospital corridor haunted him every single night. He would lie beside Anandhi, staring at the ceiling fan spinning slowly above, his mind replaying Madhavan’s words again and again. The cells eating each other. The final thirty-day end cycle. The impossible conception. Every time he closed his eyes, he saw Suriya’s face — smiling at Anandhi’s swollen belly, the man who had actually planted life inside her. The real father. He started slipping at work. He forgot to reply to important supplier emails. He mixed up meeting schedules. He even burned the simple dal he was making for the children one evening. Anandhi noticed the change. She would gently ask if everything was okay at the company, rubbing his shoulder with concern, assuming it was just business pressure from the rapid expansion. Rahul would force a smile and say, “It’s nothing, just some tight deadlines.” But inside, the storm kept growing. He could not stay idle anymore. One late evening, after the children were asleep and Anandhi had gone to the bedroom to rest, Rahul stepped into the small study corner and dialled Dr. Madhavan. The doctor picked up on the second ring. “Rahul? Everything alright?” “I can’t wait any longer, Doctor,” Rahul said, his voice low but urgent. “Push Suriya for more branches immediately. Two new locations this month itself. And next month, force the franchise model forward.” Madhavan sighed on the other end. “Rahul, don’t do this in haste. We need to set one store after another. Starting multiple at once won’t work. The money I’m investing is important. You said you wanted to teach Suriya a lesson — that’s why we split the verticals and kept them in our own names. But I cannot risk everything until I recover all my capital.” Rahul’s grip tightened on the phone. “No. I cannot wait anymore. Doctor, you never know what would be the impact if he stays here—” He stopped mid-sentence, realising he had almost slipped. Madhavan sounded confused. “What do you mean ‘impact if he stays here’?” Rahul recovered quickly, his voice turning smooth. “I mean… I want the house soon. I want to gift it fully to my wife before the baby is born. I cannot delay the process. Make sure you push him for franchise next month. This month I need two more branches opened. And one more thing — don’t blabber about your experiments and results to Suriya. I know he works closely with you in Chennai. Remember, he is the person I’m trying to kick away. Don’t complicate things.” Madhavan paused for a second, then replied, “Okay… I’ll handle it carefully.” Rahul’s voice dropped even lower, cold and final. “Suriya should never ever get a single doubt—” At that exact moment, the bedroom door creaked open behind him. Anandhi stepped out, rubbing her lower back, clearly looking for a glass of water. She had heard the last few words clearly. Rahul’s eyes widened for a fraction of a second. He instantly changed his tone, forcing lightness into his voice. “…let it be a surprise for him until Suriya should never know. Yes, exactly. Keep it completely secret.” He cut the call abruptly and turned around with a practised smile. Anandhi stood there, one hand resting on her seven-month belly, her eyes searching his face. “What was that about?” she asked softly. Rahul shrugged casually. “Just some business surprise I’m planning for Suriya. Nothing important. Don’t worry about it.” He walked past her, kissing her forehead lightly as he headed toward the kitchen. “You need water? I’ll get it.” But Anandhi knew Rahul too well. She had seen the way his shoulders tensed. She had heard the sharp edge in his voice before he noticed her. The quick cover-up. The sudden change in tone. He was lying. A strange unease began to grow inside her chest. Her mind instantly said, Rahul is doing something behind the back of Suriya. After drinking the water Rahul gave, she moved to bed, but the question still remained same, everything that she saw in past few months came to her mind, she started questioning all . Why did he generously give Suriya 75% share if he is now in such a hurry to push him away? she thought. I thought it was only to settle the house money… but is there something else? She remembered that day outside the doctor’s room — how Rahul had come back looking pale and odd after chatting with Madhavan. She had caught bits and pieces of their conversation… something about impregnation, experiments. At the time she had brushed it off as medical talk. But now? If Suriya should never get a single doubt… could it be related to the pregnancy? or business. Should i alert suriya? What if it turns out to be my misunderstanding? i asked him already and he said its a little surprise? but why i still feel its not what he says? The thought sent a cold shiver through her despite the warm night. She trusted Rahul completely — he was her husband, the man who had come back for her, the father of their family. Yet something felt deeply strange, something she could not name. She placed both hands on her belly, feeling the baby kick gently. A quiet fear settled in her heart. Whatever secret Rahul was hiding, it was growing bigger by the day. And she was caught right in the middle of it.

Chapter 92: Whispers of Warning
The following week, everything intensified. Anandhi stood at the doorway of Suriya’s room, watching him pack his bags with quiet efficiency. Two more branches were scheduled to open this month, and he told her he might not return home for weeks. “I’ll be moving between Chennai and the new locations,” Suriya said, folding his shirts neatly. “Take care of yourself, Anandhi. Eat properly… and rest well for the baby.” They have not speak like this in months, but strangely that day they spoke, he had some inner feeling, he felt he wanted to ask him to take care of herself. His voice was gentle, but the finality in it stung her. She felt a sharp pain in her chest — not physical, but emotional. She wanted to warn him. She wanted to tell him that something felt deeply wrong with Rahul’s sudden urgency to push him into more branches, more travel, more distance. But how could she? Alerting Suriya would mean she was doubting her own husband. It would cross the boundary she had promised to maintain. So she stayed calm on the surface, offering only a small nod and a soft “You too… take care.” Inside, she was unraveling. For almost a month now, she had not been herself — restless, overthinking, haunted by the half-heard conversation and Rahul’s strange behaviour. Luckily, a few days later, Suriya returned home for one night. An important client meeting had been scheduled in the same town, giving him a rare break from the constant travel. That night, Anandhi did something she had never done before in these past months. She waited deliberately near the refrigerator. When Suriya stepped out of his room for water, she was already there. It was no coincidence this time. She started with a normal, casual conversation, keeping her voice low. “How is the business going?” Suriya filled his glass and gave a tired but genuine smile. “Super interesting… but it’s eating me alive. Travelling every day, managing staff, dealing with suppliers — it’s nonstop.” Anandhi nodded, her hand resting on her large seven-month belly. She hesitated for a second, then spoke carefully. “I know you are a smart person, Suriya. If you are signing anything… doing anything… think twice. Be very cautious.” Suriya paused, glass halfway to his lips. The words felt completely out of place — out of syllabus for their current relationship. He looked at her, confused but not offended. “Thanks… I will be careful. But why suddenly?” Anandhi looked down, unable to meet his eyes for long. “I just felt I had to tell you. That’s all.” She quickly excused herself and walked back to her room, heart pounding. She had crossed a small line, but she couldn’t stay silent anymore. Later that same week, Suriya returned home again for a few hours due to another local meeting. Anandhi was sitting on the sofa when a strong kick from baby landed in her womb. She let out a sudden, involuntary sound — half gasp, half moan — as pain shot through her side. Suriya, who was passing by, turned immediately. “What is it?” She winced, pressing a hand to her belly. After a moment of hesitation, she spoke softly, almost shyly. “Nothing… If you don’t feel bad… can you press my legs Suriya didn’t expect this request at all. His eyes widened slightly. Anandhi quickly added, “See, it’s paining a lot… that’s why I asked. Please don’t think otherwise.” But deep inside, a different truth burned. She wanted his touch. He had been so busy with work these past weeks. What if this baby was really his? Would he feel bad later, knowing he never helped her during this time? The thought made her chest tighten with guilt and longing. Suriya hesitated only for a second, then sat down near her feet without a word. His strong hands began pressing her swollen legs with the familiar care he had shown many times before. His fingers moved firmly yet gently along her calves and ankles, easing the ache. For ten minutes, neither of them spoke. The only sound was Anandhi’s soft sighs of relief. A quiet warmth spread through her body — not just from the massage, but from the familiar closeness she had been missing so badly. When the pain eased, she whispered, “I’m fine now… thank you.” Suriya simply nodded and stood up, though his eyes lingered on her belly a moment longer than necessary. Rahul had gone to pick up the children from college during this time and returned only after Suriya had left for his meeting. By the end of the month, against all the silent warnings, two more branches of RMS Fitness were successfully opened. Suriya had defied the growing emotional challenge. He was busier than ever. And Anandhi’s unease continued to grow in the quiet corners of her heart — a strange fear she could neither name nor share with anyone.

Atlast we know the story is moving.. I feel very pity for Rahul .. His character has changed upside down.. The baby belongs to surya and the truth comes out he ll own Anandhi.. He played smart once with jeeva and he owned her .. Once again heis going to win Rahul with the help of Anandhi.. When Anandhi finds the truth of her husband's intention she is gonna hate her to the core.. There even Rahul beg for her forgiveness it's not gonna happen.. She will stay with surya..
Atleast before when he left everyone felt bad for him.. May Author might finished there itself.. Atleast he might be gone as good husband.. Now even if he die it's not gonna affect Anandhi too that much.. What changes in characters.. Excellent ??

In my pov this story going to end up anandhi with both surya and rahul and if we see the ongoing thing in story it is showing the only thing to go anandhi back to surya again is when she finds about the actual plan of rahul and when she finds out the truth she have chance to get close to surya again because that time rahul have no stand to argue or decide something about anandhi but anandhi never leave rahul whatever will happen she dont leave rahul either surya also. This is just my pov

Chapter 93: The Eve of Delivery
Anandhi went for her 8th-month pregnancy check-up accompanied by Rahul. The doctor examined her thoroughly and finally gave a tentative delivery date — it could happen anytime between 20 to 30 days from now. She advised extra caution: complete bed rest, no stress, and immediate hospital visit at the first sign of labour. Rahul sat beside her, holding her hand, but his mind was elsewhere. He could barely concentrate on his long-term plans. Taking care of Anandhi had become his utmost priority. He made sure she ate on time, helped her walk slowly in the evenings, and stayed close even when she rested. Meanwhile, Dr. Madhavan had aggressively pushed Suriya toward the franchise model. Suriya, ever the fighter, took it up as a challenge. He worked day and night — scouting franchise partners, finalising agreements, and coordinating with suppliers. He barely slept, determined to prove himself. That was when Rahul made a careless flaw. In one hurried phone call with a supplier, he had casually instructed the man to deliver “substandard but cost-effective” products for the new franchises, wanting to create future problems under Suriya’s name. He forgot to follow up or correct the message. The mix-up happened. Soon, issues started popping up. The three franchise units that had just begun operations reported receiving substandard supplements and equipment. Customers complained about poor quality. Negative feedback began spreading. Suriya was clueless about the root cause. When he mentioned the problem to Madhavan, the doctor simply shrugged and said, “That’s your section. Handle it.” Suriya felt a strange doubt creeping in. Why was Madhavan suddenly so indifferent? He called Rahul immediately. Rahul, who was at home with Anandhi, answered calmly. “Doctor gave the delivery date. I cannot move an inch right now. Thanks to my experience in the field, I figured out the supplier’s fault and stopped the last-minute consignment. Don’t worry, I’ll guide you remotely.” Suriya thanked him, but the uneasy feeling lingered. Anandhi, who had been overhearing Rahul’s phone conversations over the past few days, realised Suriya was in serious trouble. Her heart ached for him. After days of internal conflict, she finally decided to open up to Rahul. One evening, while he was helping her sit comfortably on the bed, she spoke softly. “Rahul… Suriya should know the exact delivery date. You should inform him properly.” Rahul’s face showed a flash of uneasiness. He quickly masked it. “Suriya is already in trouble with the franchises. We should not bother him right now. He is single-handedly carrying a lot of my work too,” he lied smoothly. Anandhi stayed silent, but she was strangely expecting Suriya to visit. She felt an abnormal tension in the air. The more Rahul tried to keep Suriya away from town, the stronger her unease grew. Deep inside, a quiet part of her wished Suriya would be here when the baby came. Exactly one day before the expected delivery date, Suriya arrived in town. By then, Rahul had already taken Anandhi to the hospital a day early for admission and monitoring. When Suriya walked into the private room, Rahul’s face visibly changed — a mix of irritation and tension flashed across his features. Anandhi didn’t miss it. As Suriya approached the bed, she reached out and gently caught Rahul’s hand first. “Nothing will change here,” she said softly, looking into Rahul’s eyes. “The baby is always ours.” Rahul was stunned. For a split second, he wondered — Did she know something? No… there’s no way at all. Suriya stood near the bed, looking tired but concerned. Anandhi turned to him and spoke calmly, “I heard you had too much work and were in some trouble.” Suriya nodded with a small smile. “Yeah… but I heard you have a date tomorrow. I just wanted to see you and wish you well before the delivery.” Without hesitation, Anandhi extended her other hand toward Suriya. He took it gently. Her grip was surprisingly tight. “Don’t worry,” she said, her voice steady but warm. “Rahul is my pillar. When he is there, I don’t need to worry about anything.” But the way she held Suriya’s hand — firm, almost desperate — told a different story. She continued, “You go ahead with your work. Rahul will give you the news. When you get free, come and visit us.” Suriya placed his other hand over hers, his thumb gently brushing her knuckles. “Take care, Anandhi. I will await your calls.” As he turned to leave the room, Anandhi felt an unexpected sense of ease wash over her. She had needed that touch — just once — before the baby came out. She wasn’t sure whose baby it was going to be. She placed both hands on her belly and whispered to herself, “Don’t worry, little one. Whoever may try to split ownership… you are completely mine.” Another strong kick came from inside her womb. She smiled softly, tears glistening in her eyes.

Chapter 94: Anandhi's confrontation and the baby girl
Rahul had arranged a full-time caretaker to look after Rohan and Riya at home. He refused to leave Anandhi’s side even for a moment. That night, he slept on the small, uncomfortable visitor’s bed placed right next to her hospital bed. The room was dimly lit by a single night lamp, and the only sound was the soft hum of the air conditioner. Anandhi lay awake, unable to sleep despite her exhaustion. Her eyes were fixed on Rahul’s sleeping face. She kept thinking about everything that had happened in the past few months — the sudden business push, the way Rahul was deliberately keeping Suriya away, the strange phone conversations she had overheard, and the odd tension whenever Suriya’s name came up. She could no longer hold it in. “Rahul…” she whispered softly. He stirred and opened his eyes immediately. “Hmm? What happened? Are you feeling any pain?” Anandhi took a deep breath, her voice low but firm. “I want to speak to you about something.” Rahul sat up on the small bed, fully alert now. “Yes, tell me.” She looked straight into his eyes. “Are you doing anything behind Suriya’s back?” Rahul’s expression didn’t change. He answered smoothly, “No. Why should I? We are business partners after all.” Anandhi stared at him for a long moment, searching his face. She took another deep breath and continued, her tone calm yet serious. “I took a very hard decision months back. I chose you. I stuck to it even when it hurt. I still want to remain on that path. If you have any concerns, any doubts, talk to me directly. I will fix it. But please… don’t do anything absurd behind anyone’s back.” Rahul frowned slightly, pretending to be surprised. “Why are you getting such thoughts, Anandhi? Where is this coming from?” She looked down at her heavily pregnant belly and spoke softly, “I just felt something was odd these past few weeks. I even wished Suriya could be here alongside us… but I know it would affect you. So I stayed quiet. Just… don’t do anything stupid, Rahul. I’m always here for you. You don’t have to handle everything alone.” Rahul gave her a gentle smile and reached out to hold her hand. “Don’t worry. Everything is fine. You should rest now. The baby will be here soon.” On the outside, he looked calm and reassuring. But deep inside, he was tense. He knew Anandhi had started suspecting him. She was connecting the dots. He would have to be extremely careful from now on. On the other end of the city, Suriya was already on the road, travelling to meet an important client. The meeting was crucial — missing it could cost a major franchise deal. His mind, however, was only with Anandhi. He had pre-planned everything to be present in town during her delivery, but the back-to-back branch openings and sudden client emergencies had ruined all his arrangements. Every mile he drove away from the hospital made his chest feel heavier. He desperately wished he could turn the car around. At 5 AM the next morning, Suriya woke up with a start in the hotel room. He instinctively opened his phone and stared at a photo of Anandhi — one he had secretly saved from happier times. He looked at it for a long moment, his thumb gently brushing the screen, before he forced himself to sleep again. At the exact same time in the hospital, Anandhi went into labour. The delivery happened naturally. After several hours of intense pain, she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. She was in a half-conscious, exhausted state throughout the final moments — her eyes barely open, body drenched in sweat. Rahul was right there. The moment the nurse placed the newborn in his hands, a rush of fierce joy and possessiveness surged through him. He held the tiny baby carefully, looking at her wrinkled face with intense eyes. He whispered softly, almost like a vow, “I am your father. No one else can steal that title from me. Ever.” Anandhi, still in a dazed, half-sleep mode, heard his words faintly but couldn’t fully register them. She gave a weak, tired smile before her eyes closed again from exhaustion. Rahul cradled the baby closer to his chest, his heart burning with determination. The baby was finally here. And he would make sure the world — including Suriya — believed she was his daughter.

Very very tough to predict your story, how do you hold narration without sex in recent chapters. Goes like a thriller, not sure who is good person, who is bad person..
Reasoning for why Rahul doing this is justified in Mirror scene. it make sense. but too harsh I liked how Anandhi wanted suriya to be present there, how she subtly gave him all minimal father duties without hurting Rahul or crossing boundary, she is a complex character yet i would say she is pure.

Love how the characters evolved with such complexity is sheer brilliance in writing. Exceptional clarity and rhythm. If I may take a guess .. Chapter : 100 will be the grand finale ?
It would be awesome .. Title has 100, Chapters are 100, twists in it 100, writing is absolutely 100/100.

Chapter 95: The First Touch
The morning after delivery, soft sunlight filtered into the private hospital room. Anandhi lay on the bed, still weak and exhausted, but her eyes were filled with overwhelming emotion as she looked at the tiny newborn girl sleeping beside her. She gently stroked the baby’s soft cheek and whispered, almost like a promise, “You are mine… no matter what.” Rahul stood beside the bed, proudly cradling the baby in his arms. He couldn’t stop staring at her little face. A possessive smile played on his lips as he said, “We need to name her AaRa. First two letters from both of our names — Anandhi and Rahul. It’s perfect.” Anandhi was stunned. She knew they still didn’t know for sure who the biological father was, yet Rahul was already claiming the baby so proudly and associating himself completely. Her voice came out hesitant. “Let’s keep a different name… maybe we can call her AaRa at home.” Rahul’s smile faded slightly. “Why? What’s wrong with AaRa?” Anandhi hesitated, then spoke softly, “We… we don’t know yet who the father is.” Rahul’s face changed instantly. His tone turned firm, almost sharp. “The baby was in your belly for nine months. As long as she came from you, she is my daughter. I don’t care whose seed it is. I am her father. End of discussion.” Anandhi looked at him for a long moment. Then she reached out and took his hand, holding it tightly. In her mind, she felt a wave of gratitude and calmness. This is why I chose you, she thought. His possessiveness, his strong sense of ownership — it gave her a strange sense of security. No matter what the truth was, Rahul would never waver. Few hours later, Outside the room, Rahul was standing near the door when Suriya suddenly appeared, unannounced. He had cancelled an important client meeting at the last minute and rushed to the hospital. Rahul’s face hardened the moment he saw him. He stepped forward, trying to block the way politely but firmly. “Anandhi is very tired, Suriya. We won’t be showing the baby right now. It will take time. You have your client meeting, right? Why are you here?” Before Suriya could answer, Anandhi heard the voices outside. She quickly instructed the nurse who had come to give her medicine, “Open the door wide.” but dont use my name tell some other excuse. The nurse obeyed and swung the door open, giving Suriya a clear glimpse of Anandhi lying on the bed with the newborn beside her. Rahul turned sharply. “What are you doing?” The nurse replied innocently, “I’m going to bring the room clearer,” and walked away. Suriya didn’t wait. He stepped inside the room. Rahul immediately blocked his path again. “Suriya, stop. Wash your hands first. You’re coming directly from outside. You shouldn’t enter like this.” Suriya looked at him calmly. “I already took a bath. I just came from home after checking on the kids. I know I have to be clean to hold the baby.” Anandhi, still weak, gave Suriya a clear eye signal — Come inside. Rahul had no choice but to step aside. Suriya walked closer to the bed, his eyes fixed on the tiny baby. “Chosen name? It’s a girl, right? She looks so sweet… Should we name her Iniya? It means ‘sweet’ in Tamil. A nice, simple name.” Rahul replied immediately, his voice tight, “We already chose AaRa.” Suriya forced a smile. “That’s fantastic…” But deep down, a sharp ache pierced his heart. They had already chosen a name together — without involving him. They had decided everything as if he didn’t exist in the picture. Anandhi noticed the pain in his eyes. She opened her mouth gently, “Iniya is a nice name too. One can be the official name, the other can be a pet name. But let’s put a hold on the name for now. We can decide after a few months. We need to check astrology and numerology. Calm down, both of you,” she said with a tired but warm smile. With great effort, she sat up a little on the bed and carefully handed the baby to Suriya. The moment the tiny girl was placed in his arms, Suriya’s eyes filled with tears. An instant, powerful fatherly bond hit him like a wave. He held her gently, looking at her face with pure love and longing. Rahul stood a few steps away, watching the scene with burning jealousy. His fists clenched at his sides. Later that evening, when Anandhi was resting, Rahul stepped out into the corridor and called Dr. Madhavan. “We need to accelerate the franchise mess,” Rahul said coldly. “I want him buried in legal trouble before he gets too attached to the baby.” Madhavan sounded surprised. “The first attempt failed. He figured out the flawed materials quickly.” Rahul’s voice turned darker. “Then we need something stronger. I need another favour from you.” “What?” “I need to change the medical records… the baby’s records. Or mine. To match what we need.” Madhavan was shocked. “What the hell is happening, Rahul? I know you have a personal story you don’t want to share, but changing baby records? How can we even do that? We never do such things.” Rahul’s tone became sharp. “Don’t ask such questions. Just do it.” Madhavan sighed heavily. “Wait… I’m on my way to see your baby. Let’s have a proper chat there.” He cut the call.

Chapter 96: The Confession
Dr. Madhavan arrived at the hospital carrying a beautifully wrapped baby kit — soft clothes, a small blanket, and a set of newborn essentials. He congratulated both Rahul and Anandhi with a warm smile, but his face carried an unmistakable shadow of questions. After spending a few polite minutes with Anandhi and admiring the baby, Madhavan excused himself. “Anandhi, please rest. I need to speak with Rahul for a moment.” Rahul nodded and led the doctor out of the room. They walked silently until they reached the hospital parking lot. Rahul opened the door of his car and gestured for Madhavan to sit inside so they could speak privately. Once the doors were closed, Rahul didn’t waste time. “I want to change the blood group record of the baby,” he said directly. “Right now, the record shows A+. I need it changed to AB+.” Madhavan stared at him, stunned. “Why? Rahul, I can never do anything that changes official medical records. It’s a sin against my duty. How can I even ask other people to do that?” Rahul leaned forward, his voice desperate. “Please… I’m begging you. Just this once.” “No,” Madhavan said firmly. “How can you even think of changing the record of your own baby? Don’t you know the risk? When she grows up, they will take new tests. She is your baby, Rahul…” Rahul’s face twisted with pain. His voice cracked as he finally broke. “Not my baby, okay? Not my baby. I’m asking all this so I can clearly tell the world she is my baby.” Madhavan froze, completely shocked. “The baby… is not yours?” Rahul’s eyes filled with tears. He looked broken. “No… not mine.” Madhavan’s voice dropped to a whisper. “Then whose?” “Suriya’s.” Madhavan was visibly shaken. “What? Suriya? Your business partner? Your family friend?” He demanded answers. “Why? Who? Is Anandhi cheating on you? Shit… what a lousy woman—” “Don’t badmouth her!” Rahul snapped, his voice sharp. “It’s not her fault. It’s all because of me. I pushed her into it.” Madhavan was utterly confused. “You pushed her? I don’t understand…” Rahul took a long, shaky breath. For the first time, he decided to reveal everything. “I have never told you my full backstory. All this time I only asked for favours without explaining anything in detail. I was scared that the way you see me would change if you knew what I had been thinking.” Madhavan placed a hand on Rahul’s shoulder, his voice gentle but firm. “Tell me your story. Do you think I will think badly of you now? When no one else dared to enter my experiment, you did. I have always seen you like my own younger brother. I will give you whatever advice or guidance I can. Please… don’t hold it inside anymore.” Rahul stared out through the car windshield for a long moment, then began speaking in a low, heavy voice. “Me and Anandhi are college sweethearts. We married against our families’ wishes and society’s odds. Both families threw us out. With no support, we stuck together and started a family. But reality hit us hard. We were loaded with debts. Friends slowly faded away. I settled for small jobs while I made her study to become a teacher. Every expense added up. Riya was born, then soon after Rohan. Medical needs, hospital bills, baby care — everything required money. Loans kept piling up. We invested in something and got cheated. Unable to manage, I shifted to Mumbai for several years. I had to sacrifice my youth and happiness just to clear debts, but only the interest was getting paid every month, never the principal. Local debtors kept chasing us. Anandhi joined a college so she could manage the kids and rent. My income went entirely to debts. We sacrificed everything for those loans. Years passed — almost nine years. I was still in Mumbai. My visits to our town were less than ten in all those years. We both ached for each other terribly. Then an unwanted thing happened. A so-called friend from our town came to Mumbai and showed me a clip of Anandhi cheating with some random person. I was furious. I doubted her completely. I thought she had cheated me for cheap pleasure. That is when I decided to end my life. I drove my bike at full speed and crashed into your car. When I woke up, I was in your lab. You were telling me about your new age-reversal machine that could reset the body to its early twenties. No one was ready to be your test subject. You said the body would stay young for only 100 days, after which it would slowly restore to its original age. You had only tested on monkeys, and even they hadn’t crossed 70 days. But you had a big client coming and needed to demonstrate it on a human. I volunteered. My only reason was revenge. I wanted to become young again, go back to town, fuck her, and take my revenge. I wanted the world to know Anandhi was cheating with a young man. I didn’t care about the aftermath because I had already chosen to die. I just wanted to punish her before I did. After the experiment, I received your money and returned to town. But my new young look helped me discover the truth — the clip my friend showed was an AI-fabricated video. I punished those people and stopped them from chasing her. Later, I decided not to reveal my identity. I entered Anandhi’s house as ‘Jeeva’ instead of Rahul. She was shocked because I looked exactly like the young Rahul she had fallen in love with — charming and charismatic. The present-day Rahul was fat, grey-haired, and not good-looking. I introduced myself as a relative and stayed close. I did that to check if Anandhi had any other people chasing her. That is when I realised there was a neighbour named Suriya who had been secretly protecting her for a long time. He did it because Anandhi had once consoled him and stood by him when he was broken after his divorce and lost custody of his child. He was a gentle man. They barely spoke in public because the world saw them as odd. Frankly, we didn’t gel well. I also realised he had strong lust for Anandhi. Then you called me and said the monkey experiment had failed — it didn’t cross the 100-day mark and died. That news shook me badly. By then I knew I might not survive beyond 100 days either. Fear caught me. I thought about the kids. I wanted Anandhi and the children to have a good life. I thought pushing her into safe hands was necessary. But Anandhi was still full of me. So I decided to bring Suriya into her life. He was divorced, a good and gentle man, and he also had extra lust for her. Using my identity as Jeeva, I tricked and orchestrated situations to bring them closer. Anandhi mentally prepared herself that I had run away with some woman and decided to start a new life with Suriya. He had several weeks of intense sex with her. But luck was on my side. Anandhi also fell for Jeeva. It’s a complex story. She had sex with Jeeva, and only after that did she realise Jeeva was actually Rahul. The entire truth came out. She pleaded with me to stay and said she would take care of everything. But I left them without notice. Months later, I crossed the 100 days safely. I decided to return, take her back for me and my kids. But by then, Anandhi could not hurt Suriya either. She tried to keep him in her life as well. That is when she fainted and we realised she was pregnant. The doctor said 12–14 weeks. When we calculated the timeline, it matched the period when she was having great sex with Suriya. Luckily, I had her once too. That is my only leverage now. If I need to send Suriya completely out of our lives, I need to orchestrate everything so the baby is recorded as really mine. That way he will have no hold left on her.” Rahul finished speaking, his voice hoarse and eyes red with tears. Madhavan sat in complete silence for a long time, processing the entire shocking story. Finally, he let out a heavy sigh. “Rahul… this is far more complicated than I ever imagined.”

You told the full story in a single chapter.. When It came from Rahul's mouth its heavily valued.. As once I told in my comments A good husband would fight for his family which is rightfully his..Till he has last breath in him what ever it is right or wrong he will do it ... Here he is doing it . But one thing he didn't realise is Anandhi is fully with him.. What if she comes to know about his villainous plan.. It's going to take hard.. Rahul's insecureness it's all his doing.... He should have speak with Anandhi..
Felt very pity for him.. Good writing.. keep it up

Chapter 97: Blood and Bonds - Rahul claimed rightfully but with a trick !
“So this is why you went back home pretending to be a memory-lost patient?” Madhavan asked, still processing the weight of Rahul’s confession. Rahul nodded slowly. “Yes.” Madhavan exhaled deeply. “I can feel you now… the pain, the fear, the desperation.” Rahul’s voice was heavy. “I don’t know if they ever got married or not. I just hoped Anandhi would have pushed the marriage away because she wasn’t ready to move on from me even after knowing what I had gone through. Luckily, Suriya gave her time, and I used every second of it. You may think I was wrong… but I was only trying to get back what is mine.” He paused, then continued, “We spoke. We came to terms. Anandhi herself finally chose me and said taking Suriya in as well was not possible. So yes, the business complications… everything is to make Suriya leave. Why destroy him? Because from the outside it may look simple, but I have seen their affair. I have seen their sexual compatibility, their chemistry. They share a great bond. He won’t forget her easily, and neither will she.” Rahul’s eyes darkened. “One more issue — Suriya’s ex-wife married someone and settled abroad. He couldn’t even visit his own child. He never knew their location. So if he finds out this baby is his, he will try to re-enter our lives with full force. The current split feels temporary to me. I wanted him to suffer and withdraw himself completely. That’s why I pushed him with more work, kept him away. First, he will lose his energy. His mind will be filled with work instead of Anandhi. Their distance will slowly loosen the emotional bond they share. But the baby… the baby is the one thing that can dangerously pull him closer again.” Madhavan asked quietly, “You had sex with her, right?” “Yes,” Rahul replied, “but I did it in the last 30 days of my experiment — when my body was already reversing back to old. I couldn’t have conceived her. So I need the records changed.” Madhavan listened carefully as Rahul explained the blood groups. “Her group is currently recorded as A+. Mother is AB+, I want it changed to AB+ because mine is A+. Suriya is O+. A+ can come in both cases, but not with O+. AB+ will clearly indicate the baby is mine.” Madhavan rubbed his forehead. “Do a favour… just speak about this casually without inducing doubt, before Anandhi and Suriya. Suriya has gone to get the kids. Can you give a seamless act?” Madhavan nodded. “Yes. I will take care of it.” The hospital room was quiet. Anandhi was resting against the pillows, the newborn sleeping peacefully in the cradle beside her. Rahul stood near the window, while Suriya had just returned after picking up Rohan and Riya from the caretaker. They were quietly admiring the baby when a nurse entered with some reports. Madhavan took the file, glanced at it, and acted naturally. “Everything looks perfect,” he announced casually. “The baby is healthy and stable. Blood group is AB+.” He looked around the room with an easy smile. “Who is AB here? Mom or father?” Anandhi answered softly, “I am AB+.” Madhavan turned to Rahul with a playful grin. “Then you must be A or B, right Rahul?” Rahul nodded. “Yes, I’m A+.” Madhavan chuckled. “See how sharp I am,” he said, giving a small wink. Suriya, stood silently in the corner. His feet suddenly felt weak. AB combination only comes with AB or with A or B… never with O+. The thought hit him hard. The baby is not mine. For a moment, he wondered if they even needed a paternity test. Suriya still wanted to confirm, he made a question that only Anandhi and Rahul know the intent behind. Suriya said i thought Rahul was O+ Madhavan turned to him, maintaining his casual tone. “If the father is O+, the baby can only be A, B, or O. Never AB. AB blood group only comes when at least one parent contributes an A and the other contributes a B — or when one parent is AB.” Suriya’s face changed. His feet felt unsteady. The revelation landed like a heavy stone in the room. He looked at the tiny baby, then at Anandhi, then at Rahul. The math was brutally simple and impossible to ignore. If I am O+… then this baby cannot be AB+. His mind fighted him, the baby is not mine.. The silence that followed was thick and uncomfortable. Everyone felt the weight of what had just been revealed — even though no one said the words out loud. Anandhi’s heart clenched painfully. She didnt expect something like this, but hearing it made her chest tighten with guilt and fear. She glanced at Suriya and saw the raw hurt flash across his face before he quickly masked it. Suriya lost everything, now this baby is not even his. Rahul’s expression remained controlled, but his fingers gripped the window sill tightly. Madhavan acted as if it was just casual medical talk and quickly changed the subject, praising the baby’s health again. But the damage was done. The “com Anandhi caught the flash of pain in Suriya’s eyes. A tight ache formed in her chest. Suriya left the place after few minutes. Anandhi mind had replayed the same thing again and again, the revelation of baby is Rahul's and not Suriya had ached her. Somewhere she hoped it could be Suriya's A few hours later, when the room was quiet and no one else was around, Anandhi picked up her phone for the first time in months and dialled Suriya. “Come to my room,” she said simply. Suriya arrived within minutes. Anandhi held his hand gently and pulled him closer. “I saw your eyes when Madhavan declared the blood group,” she whispered. “Sit here.” He sat on the edge of the bed near her. Anandhi continued, her voice soft and emotional. “I don’t want to speak about the past, but thank you… for taking care of Rohan and Riya in the past, in the present, and I believe you will always love them irrespective of our choices. I know you miss your own kids from your ex-wife. Now I have three children. It’s just that we are no longer in that bond… but the children — all three — are yours in my heart. I feel terrible every time I see you shatter. It breaks me too. You have a life. You should think about it. Don’t lose yourself here.” Suriya nodded slowly, his eyes glistening. They shared a long, intense moment — just looking into each other’s eyes. It felt like a silent farewell kiss, full of pain, love, and unspoken words. Finally, Suriya spoke, his voice hoarse. “The franchise business is eating me alive. I have enough money now to take as compensation for the house. Somewhere deep down I wanted to spend time with her… Don’t inform Rahul. I will stay for a few more months, or maybe a year, until I see her walk. Somewhere deep down I thought she would be my biological daughter. Let me stay here for some time. I will find time to come and visit her between schedules. I hope I didn’t bother you…” Anandhi shook her head immediately. “Don’t use such words.” Deep inside, she didn’t want him to move out. Somewhere, in a place she couldn’t explain, Anandhi strongly felt the child was his. She had no logical reason — just an unknown, powerful feeling. As Suriya left the room, telling everyone the business was calling him back, Rahul stood in the corridor, already orchestrating his next scheme to put Suriya under even more trouble. The delicate web of lies, love, and possession was growing tighter with every passing hour.

Chapter 98: Six Months of Cracks
Six months had passed since the birth of their daughter. The baby’s official recorded name was Magizhini, meaning “Happy Girl” — the name Anandhi had lovingly chosen. But at home, Rahul insisted on calling her AaRa, the name he had proudly suggested on the very first day by combining the first two letters of Anandhi and Rahul. Everyone in the house had slowly gotten used to both names. The little girl was now a healthy, chubby six-month-old who had started giggling and reaching for everything around her. Life at home looked peaceful on the surface. Rohan and Riya doted on their little sister, and Rahul played the role of the perfect, attentive father. But underneath, the cracks were widening. The troubles for Suriya had come one after another, cold and relentless, orchestrated entirely by Dr. Madhavan. First, multiple franchise owners filed consumer court cases alleging they had been supplied substandard supplements and faulty equipment that caused customer complaints and minor health issues. Suriya, as the public face of the fitness vertical, found himself dragged into lengthy legal proceedings. He spent days meeting lawyers, submitting documents, and trying to defend himself. Then came the bank notice. Madhavan quietly triggered a compliance audit through his connections. Suriya’s main business account was suddenly frozen over “suspicious transactions.” The money he had earned through hard work in the past months was now locked away, leaving him financially strained and emotionally exhausted. Anandhi had started overhearing fragments of these troubles through Rahul’s phone conversations. She knew Suriya was fighting multiple cases in consumer courts. Each time she heard Rahul speaking in low tones with Madhavan, a quiet unease settled deeper in her heart. One afternoon, Anandhi took AaRa for her routine 6-month checkup — vaccination, growth monitoring, and general blood work. Rahul was busy with work, so she went alone. The paediatrician examined the baby cheerfully and then casually glanced at the new blood report. “AaRa’s blood group is A+,” the doctor said while updating the file. She said why the previous mentioned it wrongly? AB+? Anandhi froze. A+. She clearly remembered the day in the hospital when Madhavan had announced the blood group as AB+. She had been there. She had heard it with her own ears. A sharp, cold doubt rose within her. Doctor asked nurse to fetch old records. In the manual they saw it reported at A+ Might be typing mistake on computer side Doctor said. “Everything else looks perfectly normal.” Anandhi could not stop doubting Rahul, the report Madhavan read, was altered one? What was the purpose She remembered how Madhavan revealed it and its like a soft announcement that Baby belongs to Rahul only. She went into record maintaining team, she figured the same nurse who then bought the report, she placed before her and asked, why did you typed wrongly, if you tell now, i will leave it as it is or you may face legal actions Anandhi said. The nurse got fear, she said Madhavan sir asked me to do that day, i didnt do for money, he was the one recommended me a job here, i did it for a return, please dont give a complain on me, Anandhi got hit with a harsh truth. So Madhavan did changed the record. The purpose is clear now, they did to completely eradicate a chance or doubt about the real father, Now given A+ is original blood, the chances of Suriya can also be a father came back on the floor. Madhavan cannot act individually without Rahul's nod.. Why did he, shit ... she was upset literally. She wasn’t angry. She was simply trying to piece things together — trying to understand what Rahul was truly trying to do and why he felt the need to go to such lengths. What if AaRa is really Suriya’s daughter? Rahul and Madhavan together changed the records so do they already know who is the real father, if Rahul was the father why they need to change the record.? The thought refused to leave her mind as she held her baby close on the way back home. That same evening, while Anandhi was feeding AaRa in the bedroom, Rahul stepped out onto the balcony to take a call. He thought she couldn’t hear him. “Madhavan, what the hell did you do?” Rahul’s voice was sharp with irritation. “I only asked you to make his name look bad in the market — just enough so he would feel humiliated and leave on his own. Instead, you froze his account? He had earned so much money! Now he can easily take it as compensation for the house and still have plenty left. You made him stick to me forever!” Madhavan’s reply came cool and clinical. “You wanted him out of your life completely. Freezing the account was the fastest way. He will be too busy fighting for his money to chase anything else.” Rahul’s tone grew tighter. “You don’t understand. I was about to ask him to transfer the house documents from joint ownership to full under Anandhi’s name. Now he will keep coming back for money, for help, for signatures. You turned a clean exit into a permanent rope around my neck.” Madhavan remained unfazed. “You still can ask him to transfer it to Anandhi. The agreement was he takes 75% lump share until the amount value comes close to the house. He earned it. Protecting that money is his headache now. Legally, you are still entitled to get him away from the house.” Rahul let out a frustrated breath but said nothing more. Anandhi sat motionless on the bed, AaRa still nursing. She had heard every single word. Her mind connected the dots rapidly — the changed blood group announcement, the sudden legal troubles, Madhavan’s cold involvement, and Rahul’s desperate need to prove the baby was his and remove Suriya from the house completely. She looked down at AaRa’s peaceful face and gently stroked her soft hair. A quiet but heavy realization settled in her heart. She wasn’t furious with Rahul. She was simply trying to understand why the man she had chosen — the man who claimed to love her and the children so possessively — felt the need to destroy another man’s life just to keep what he believed belonged to him. For the first time in many months, Anandhi felt a strong, unspoken pull to speak to Suriya again. Not out of guilt. But out of a growing need to know the full truth, she wanted to hear his side of story of what he is facing outside, she wanted to warn him.

Chapter 99: The Name and the Fall
The next day, Suriya returned home looking utterly exhausted. His eyes were sunken, his shoulders heavy with defeat. He barely had the strength to face anyone. The morning newspaper had splashed his photo across the local section with the damning headline: “Fitness Businessman Accused of Money Laundering.” Rohan, playing in the living room, picked up the newspaper and ran straight to Anandhi. “Mummy! Uncle’s photo is in the paper!” Anandhi took the paper from his small hands, her chest tightening at the sight of Suriya’s tired face staring back at her. She folded it quickly and knelt down to her son’s level. In that moment, a quiet but firm decision settled inside her. She now knew, deep in her heart, that Suriya was the biological father of little AaRa. There could be no other reason for Madhavan and Rahul together to sabotage medical record of a baby. The blood group revelation, the timing, everything had confirmed it for her. She couldn’t bear the thought of only the youngest child calling him “Appa” while Rohan and Riya continued calling him “uncle.” It would feel odd, inconsistent, and unfair as the children grew older. At the same time, she had no intention of rebelling openly against Rahul. She still wanted to remain his wife, to keep the family structure intact for everyone’s sake. She would do the right thing softly — giving Suriya a quiet, shadow-like place in the children’s lives without hurting Rahul’s pride. “Don’t call him uncle anymore,” she said gently but firmly. “Call him Appa… or Periyappa. He is your father’s brother. Calling him uncle is not right, especially now when he is going through such a difficult time.” Riya, the eldest, who would soon enter 4th standard, looked surprised. “Ayo… Appa uncle ilaya? Periyappa correct ah?” Anandhi stressed calmly, “Short ah ‘Appa’ nu kupdunga… illa full ah ‘Periyappa’ nu kupdunga.” Rahul, who was standing a few feet away arranging some documents, froze. A sharp jolt of jealousy stabbed through his chest. Appa? She’s asking my children to call him Appa? The word burned in his mind like acid. He had spent months trying to erase Suriya from their lives, and now she was willingly giving the man a fatherly title right under his roof. His hands clenched into fists at his sides, but he said nothing. Anandhi didn’t glance at Suriya’s eyes. She casually finished speaking and walked away to attend to little AaRa, who had started fussing in the cradle. Among the storm raging around him, Suriya felt a strange, unexpected warmth bloom in his broken heart. For the first time in weeks, something felt like relief. That evening, when they were alone in the bedroom, Rahul finally asked in a low, controlled voice, “What was that about? Asking the kids to call him Appa or Periyappa?” Anandhi looked at him steadily. “He has lost so much now. His name and photo are all over the papers. I thought at least the kids could give him some relief and respect. If this is wrong, I’m sorry. I will still advise it.” Rahul forced a smile and nodded. “Cool… cool. No issues.” But deep inside, jealousy and anger churned violently. She’s giving him my children. She’s letting him take a piece of my family right in front of me. No i need to threw him out now, there is no need for mercy. Almost a week passed. The children slowly started adapting. Rohan began calling Suriya “Periyappa” comfortably, while Riya sometimes slipped into the softer “Appa.” Suriya never corrected them. Each time he heard the word, a small flicker of warmth appeared in his tired eyes. By the end of the month, Rahul decided to follow through with Madhavan’s advice. One morning, he sat with Suriya and said calmly, “It’s time. Transfer the house documents fully under Anandhi’s name.” Suriya didn’t argue. He had no fight left. He didn’t want Anandhi or the children to suffer because of the frozen accounts and endless legal cases. On a quiet day, he went with Rahul to the registrar’s office and signed over his share without hesitation. The house now belonged entirely to Anandhi. When they returned home, Anandhi stood at the door. She looked at Suriya with soft, conflicted eyes and said quietly, “It’s just a name transfer. You can be with us anytime. The kids have started calling you Appa and Periyappa… Please don’t take anything to heart.” Suriya gave a small, tired nod. But as they stepped inside the house, two security officer officers were already waiting in the living room. A key supplier had registered a strong complaint against Suriya for supplying defective goods and financial irregularities. The officers wasted no time. They read out the charges and handcuffed Suriya right there in front of everyone. Anandhi stood frozen, one hand flying to her mouth in shock. As the officers led Suriya toward the door, a single, devastating thought pierced her heart: I know you are her real father… and yet I didn’t reveal it to you. I stayed silent for so long, thinking I was protecting everyone. But I’ve only made everything worse. I know for a long something was happening behind you, yet i failed to warn you. i wanted to protect Rahul and my family, yet again i failed you.... Tears streamed down her face as the security officer van drove away with Suriya. She felt utterly helpless. Suriya had no one — no real friends, no real family left to support him. Everything he had built, everything he had sacrificed, seemed to have gone in vain. Rahul stood idle a few steps away, watching the scene with no visible emotion. Deep inside, he told himself coldly: Sorry Suriya… you are a gentle man, a good human. But that same goodness keeps me in constant fear. I have to do this to keep my family with me. If you had exited gracefully, I wouldn’t have let this happen. Anandhi looked at Rahul, expecting him to say at least “Don’t worry, I’ll get you a lawyer.” But he simply stood there and watched Suriya being taken away in the security officer jeep without a single word. In that moment, something inside Anandhi cracked. |
