Dear AnaRok, You have written a master piece. I being a novice writer can understand what you are feeling. My personal intent is always to have a low before and after a high in the story. The contrast gives readers shock and the gives a feeling of excitement for upcoming high. If the chapter is not erotic enough then I am sure you will do better. But don't give up. You have created a great setup.
My ideas
1. Jealousy in husband, but geniune love between wife and husband.
2. Small incidents with other people as well
3. She needs to counter or help in counter some bullies by being sexy, exhibitionist and open minded. Hubby gives permission 
4. Gym and new relationships at gym with hubby knowledge 
5. Honeymoon at beaches or foreign where she can be open
6. Impromptu bikini competition or ameture night night club dance
7. Visit to hubby's village for old land and adventure in villages and helping hubby with her erotica 

Writing is not easy and takes a lot of time and skill and you are really good at it. So I thank you for what you have written already. Whatever comes from here on is a bonus for us.
