Practically not possible even when Ravi uses one hand as Amit should be able to see Ravi clearly and his hands but this is imaginary story so we can not focus on minor details.

Hi Lovelyrao

First of all, thank you so much for your thoughtful question,  It’s clear that you’re paying great attention to the details, and I really appreciate that. It’s questions like these that show you’re deeply engaged with the story, which is exactly what any writer hopes for. I loved being able to craft a scene with these subtle dynamics, and your curiosity about how Ravi could act without being noticed shows that you’re really picking up on the little things, which is always exciting as a writer.

Now, regarding your question: How can Ravi use his both hands on Priya Didi, without being noticed by Amit, who is driving the car? Here’s how I envision the scene playing out, considering all the elements at play:

1. Amit’s Focus and Mood:
  • Amit is not suspicious of anything happening between Ravi and Priya. He’s simply driving, still reflecting on the movie they watched, and possibly feeling frustrated because of the coke spill on him and the seat next to him and also by the busy streets. His mind is preoccupied with the drive, the traffic, and maybe even his own thoughts. The idea of anything unusual happening in the back seat is the furthest thing from his mind.

  • He’s not looking back at the rearview mirror with any suspicion, and he’s not worried about what might be going on in the back. Unless something loud or sudden catches his attention, he wouldn’t feel the need to glance back. So, Ravi and Priya can easily get away with their quiet, discreet actions without raising any red flags for Amit.

2. The Role of the Romantic Songs:
  • One of the key elements that I wanted to weave into this scene is the atmosphere created by the romantic songs playing in the car. The music helps to set a relaxed, intimate vibe, and it adds to the mood of the moment. With these romantic tunes filling the car, it becomes easier for Ravi to move subtly without drawing attention.

  • The soft background music would also mask any small noises from the back seat, making it even less likely that Amit would notice anything happening. It’s these kinds of atmospheric details that help create the environment for the scene and explain why Amit is more absorbed in the drive and the music than in what’s happening behind him.

3. The Rearview Mirror and Night Mode:
  • The auto-dimming rear-view mirror in the Mini Cooper at night is another important factor. At night, the mirror dims to reduce glare from headlights behind the car, which makes it harder for Amit to clearly see what’s happening in the back seat. Even if Ravi is using his hands or making small movements, the mirror likely won’t reflect them with much detail.

  • This dimmed view ensures that any subtle actions in the back seat are less noticeable to Amit. With the limited visibility from the rear-view mirror and the night-time driving conditions, the back seat remains mostly out of his view, even if Ravi is being discreet.

4. Positioning of Ravi and Priya:
  • Ravi and Priya’s seating arrangement also plays a role. Ravi is sitting next to Priya, and she is sitting directly behind Amit. This positioning makes it easy for Ravi to engage in small movements with his hands without Amit noticing.

  • If Ravi’s hands are close to Priya, near the seat divider or armrest, the tight interior of the Mini Cooper makes it easier to keep things subtle. Priya, who is seated right behind Amit, can naturally shift or position herself in a way that blocks his view, further helping Ravi keep his actions discreet.

  • If you remember the lines I used in the scene

    "
Ravi shifted to clear a comfortable space beside him, the air in the Mini Cooper growing warmer with each breath. Priya slid in next to him, and the faint scent of jasmine perfume immediately flooded his senses. "

Ravi didn't actually move to the other side, he just shifted enough to give her a comfortable space beside him. She was sitting right next to him.

  • Even if Ravi leans in or subtly moves his hands, Priya’s body could cover these actions from Amit’s perspective. Since Amit’s attention is focused on the road, this becomes a perfect opportunity for Ravi to engage in actions that wouldn’t be immediately visible to him.

5. Amit’s Lack of Suspicion:
  • The most important factor in this scene is that Amit is completely unaware of any potential interaction between Ravi and Priya. He has no reason to be suspicious, he’s simply driving, and the thought of anything happening in the back seat doesn’t even cross his mind. He’s absorbed in the task of driving and the music, creating a relaxed atmosphere where he doesn’t feel the need to pay attention to what’s happening behind him.

  • Even though Ravi and Priya might be engaging in something subtle, like using their hands or turning toward each other, the environment is such that Amit’s mind is elsewhere. He is not thinking about the possibility of anything unusual, and unless something loud or sudden happens, like a sudden sound or movement, he wouldn’t think to glance back at the back seat.

Photo/Scene Reference:

To help paint a picture, imagine this:

  • Priya is sitting quietly behind Amit, perhaps looking out the window, her attention absorbed in the soft music. Ravi, seated next to her, is angled toward her, his hand subtly moving or resting near her in a way that Amit wouldn’t notice.

  • The romantic songs are playing in the background, filling the car with a relaxed, intimate atmosphere, helping to mask any small sounds.

  • Amit is driving, focused on the road, the busy streets, and his own thoughts. The rearview mirror is dimmed in night mode, offering a limited view of the back seat.

  • Amit’s attention is fully on driving, so unless there’s a loud or sudden noise, he wouldn't look back.

With the combination of Amit’s lack of suspicion, the auto-dimming mirror, the romantic music, and the close positioning of Ravi and Priya, their actions go unnoticed. The scene is designed to be subtle, with tension building quietly while Amit remains blissfully unaware.

As I am learning to write, I always strive to pay close attention to the details because those are the elements that really bring a scene to life. When crafting this particular moment, I made sure to consider how a driver’s frustration and focus on the road can make him completely blind to things happening right in front of him. It’s a well-known fact that when people are frustrated or distracted, they often miss things that are right in their field of vision. There are numerous YouTube videos and real-life examples showing how drivers, especially in traffic or during late-night drives, become so absorbed in their thoughts or the driving task itself that they don’t even see things happening right in front of them. So, Amit, in his frustration and with his attention on navigating the busy streets, wouldn’t notice anything happening silently in the back seat, especially given that it’s a blind spot for him in the dimmed rearview mirror. The idea of Amit noticing subtle movements without any noise is highly unlikely, unless he’s already suspicious of Ravi and Priya, something he definitely isn’t.

As for the relationship dynamics, I wanted to explore how the fact that Amit, Ravi, and Priya live in the same house influences the situation. Amit works every day, while Ravi works from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So on those days, Priya and Ravi are alone at home, and if they wanted to do anything, Amit wouldn’t have any clue about it. Amit is so confident about trusting Ravi in his house with his wife that it reflects his peace of mind and his belief that nothing is happening behind his back. He’s not looking for anything, and in his mind, there’s no reason to question anything. If a man feels comfortable enough to let someone stay alone in his house with his wife without suspicion, you can imagine just how blissfully unaware he is. The confidence in his own life and relationships contributes to his complete lack of vigilance, and in this case, it makes him miss the most subtle interactions in the back seat.

Once again, thank you for your insightful question! It’s great to know that you’re paying attention to these details, it really means a lot. Creating this scene was all about balancing the subtlety of their actions with Amit’s distraction and lack of suspicion. The romantic songs, the tight car interior, and the dimmed rearview mirror were all elements I considered to make this moment feel natural while still allowing Ravi and Priya to act discreetly. If you’re interested, I’d be happy to explain more of my thought process behind this scene, as I really enjoy diving into these creative choices

With warm regards

Hi RCF,

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to another reader’s question. That was incredibly kind of you, and I truly appreciate it. Your thoughtfulness means a lot to me.

I completely agree that it’s an imaginary story, and we shouldn’t get bogged down by minor details. However, I do strongly believe that what I’ve described is possible. If you have a moment, I’d love for you to read my thought process behind creating these scenes. Your opinion is really important to me, and I value your perspective.

Thank you again for your continued support and for the ratings. It truly means the world.

With sincere gratitude and warm regards,

Hi LovePookie

Haha, I’m glad you’re impressed, but just to clarify, I’m not an English teacher. I do take grammar classes for some kids in our community, in the evening, just for an hour, and I do it for fun. It’s something I enjoy, but I’m not a teacher by profession.

Writing long paragraphs is just how my thoughts flow. When I get into something, I guess I just get carried away, and the words keep coming.

Thanks for the compliment though. It made me smile.

I appreciate your continued support.

Hello Madam,

I disappeared from the site for a few days… and I return only to find you already on page 89.
Are you by any chance the cousin sister of Usain Bolt?
Because the speed at which you write could put even lightning to shame!

And what is this mysterious bond between Ravi’s luck, romance, and motor vehicles?

Someone please whisper to him that his destiny seems to be tied to wheels
whether it’s the first encounter in the auto, or that unforgettable moment in the Mini Cooper,
which felt like he had hit the jackpot of his lifetime. Now I’m wondering…
will the final moments also take place in a vehicle? Only Madam’s secret vault of imagination knows!

Your narration has a mood of its own like standing alone on a vast open beach,
clouds gathering above, hinting at rain. A soft wind curls around the body,
sending a gentle shiver that is both thrill and anticipation. You don’t know when the rain will fall,
but you feel it approaching, and that waiting itself becomes a pleasure,
a quiet trembling in the calm before the downpour.

That is what your story feels like a beautiful romance  in slow motion.

Right now, Madam, we are all on a roller coaster holding tight to the safety bar with white knuckles, laughing, trembling, thrilled  and yet, the ride never seems to end.
Only you can decide when to pull the brakes. But until then, we are more than happy to keep spinning and soaring with every twist of your sentences.

Through your words, we slip into Ravi’s world so completely that it feels like a kind of parakaya pravesam stepping into another soul, another body, another breath to experience the warmth of Priya’s nearness, the softness of her presence, her tender skin ,  the firmness of her globes, the subtle stir of emotions that Ravi himself feels.

But Madam… please remember, we readers also have a life outside Ravi’s body!
If you keep us trapped inside his emotions for too long, we might forget our own!

So whenever you feel the moment is right, release us gently back into our ordinary world.
Until then, let your story carry us like a tender tide pulling us farther into its depths.

You are  such a bad habbit , making me to come  to the site  every day.   But  I  love to visit and see the updates.

Thanks for the romantic Journey.

Hi Siva Reddy Sir

I am incredibly grateful for your thoughtful and detailed feedback. To receive such a message from someone whose writing and insight I admire is truly an honor, and I cannot express enough how much it means to me. Your words are not just feedback but a beautiful reflection of the connection you've made with my story. It is not every day that a writer receives such profound and evocative observations, and I am honestly humbled by the time you've taken to read so carefully, to follow the twists and turns, and to deeply engage with Ravi's world.

You’ve made me laugh with your playful reference to Usain Bolt. If only my writing could match his speed in real life, then I’d never run out of words. Now, the mysterious bond between Ravi’s luck, romance, and vehicles, what an astute observation. Hahaha, I am not going to reveal how the final action with Priya will end up and where, as I’d love to keep it as a mystery for now. One thing I can tell you now is that Ravi is going to grow closer with Priya Didi.

Your description of my narrative as a mood of its own, like standing on a vast open beach with the sky gathering in anticipation, was so beautiful that I had to stop for a moment and savor it. This makes me more careful before writing further. You are setting higher standards for me, and I have to make sure I don’t disappoint you. I think this is what draws me to romance: the slow build of emotions, the calm before the storm, the gentle tension that comes from the quiet spaces between characters. It's a delicate balance, and I love that kind of romance.

And then your metaphor of the roller coaster, wow. What a perfect way to describe the ride that I hope my readers experience.

Your description of stepping into Ravi’s world is something I will cherish. The sense of complete immersion, the way you feel his emotions, his longing, and the intensity of his experiences, it’s the kind of connection I always hope for in my writing. Even if I could achieve just 1 percent of that, I would be more than happy.

The fact that my story has become a "bad habit" for you, one that you look forward to every day, is honestly the greatest compliment I could ever receive. To know that my words have become something you eagerly anticipate, that they’ve found a place in your daily rhythm, fills me with gratitude. I will do my best to keep you coming back, page after page, because knowing that you are enjoying this journey with me is what makes the work all the more worthwhile.

Lastly, thank you for appreciating the romance that’s unfolding. This journey has been as much a discovery for me as I hope it is for you. I am truly grateful for your kind words and your support, and I promise to continue weaving this story with all the love and care it deserves.

Once again, thank you for your incredible feedback, sir. It’s a treasure to me, and I will carry it with me as I continue to craft the story. I truly admire your writing skills, and reading your comments on my story means the world to me.

With sincere gratitude and excitement for what’s to come

Scene: The Apartment – The Quiet Shift

As the front door clicked shut behind them, the familiar warmth of their apartment wrapped around them like a comforting embrace. The soft hum of the city outside filtered through the windows, but inside, everything was still.

Amit, still visibly damp from the earlier Coke disaster, tossed his keys onto the counter with a clatter, his shoulders slumping in exaggerated relief. He stretched his arms over his head and let out a long, unmistakably tired sigh.

"I'm going to change and take a quick shower," Amit said casually, his voice carrying that familiar, relaxed tone. "You guys can figure out what to order for food. Just something light, I’m not too hungry."

He shrugged off his jacket, letting it fall onto the sofa as he glanced at Priya, offering her a half-smile, the kind that had become second nature between them over the years.

"If you two decide on something, just let me know."

Priya nodded with a small, almost imperceptible smile, her fingers absently tugging at the fabric of her saree. "Sure, Amit. Take your time."

Without another word, Amit disappeared down the hallway toward the bedroom, leaving Ravi and Priya alone in the living room. The quiet between them was immediate, settling over them like a thick fog.

The weight of everything unspoken, everything that had passed between them earlier, hung in the air. The electric tension from the theater, the car, was still there, palpable. Neither of them moved.

The space between them felt too close to ignore, but neither dared to close it.

Priya stood by the kitchen counter, her fingers lightly grazing the hem of her saree, the delicate fabric pooling around her feet in a soft, graceful curve. The low light of the room caught the subtle shimmer of her skin, giving her an almost ethereal glow.

Every inch of her seemed to beckon Ravi, but he didn’t move. His breath caught in his chest as his eyes lingered on her. She was close, so close, but the silence between them kept them worlds apart.

“God, she’s beautiful. She is pulling me like a magnet.” Ravi’s thoughts stumbled, disoriented by the sight of her. He couldn’t tear his eyes away.

They are driving in the night so that makes sense but I still feel little , Ravi has to turn if he has to use his both hands which is very risky if Amit turns back little by any chance and thats where we tend to do so that we get maximum feeling/satisfaction.

Anyway, Than you for such a long reply with detailed explanation. Sorry(have less patience to go through such long explanation).

I generally go straight to the point and miss the polite part of it so please do not mind.  After all, this is one of the place where everyone can be as they are and as they like.

Dear Sir,

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts so candidly.
I understand your point, in that situation, Ravi turning even slightly could feel risky, especially if Amit unexpectedly turns back. Your observation makes sense, and I appreciate you mentioning it. These small, realistic details actually help me refine the scenes better.

At the same time, I feel that a little bit of risk is what makes certain moments more thrilling.
We all naturally gravitate toward things that feel slightly dangerous, not enough to harm us, but just enough to raise the heartbeat. Whether it's breaking a rule, sneaking a glance, or doing something we know we shouldn’t… that tiny edge of uncertainty creates an adrenaline rush.

That is exactly why scenes involving Ravi and Priya with Amit being around, become more exciting.

Their actions carry that hint of risk, that awareness that someone might turn back or something might go wrong. It adds tension, anticipation, and intensity, emotions people deeply connect with in storytelling. If everything were perfectly safe, controlled, and predictable, half the magic would be gone.

And honestly, that’s the same reason people often find fictional romance with a neighbor’s wife more exciting than romance with their own spouse.

It’s not about the person, it’s about the forbidden feeling, the unpredictability, the danger, the “what if.”
That element of risk creates a spark that everyday life doesn’t always offer.

And please don’t worry about the long explanation, I only wanted to make sure I responded with clarity.
You don’t need to be sorry at all.
I completely respect your style of getting straight to the point.

You are absolutely right, this is a space where everyone can be themselves, express freely, and enjoy the stories in their own way. I’m glad you felt comfortable enough to share your honest perspective.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback so openly.
It truly helps me grow as a writer.

Warm regards,

The curve of her neck, the delicate arch of her back, the way her saree clung to her body, gently revealing the soft, hidden contours beneath, it was all he could think about.

His hands, now restless, ached with the memories of those soft, hidden treasures, once within reach, but now concealed once more. There was something about the way she carried herself, so graceful, so alluring, that made his thoughts swirl in a haze of longing.

She was so close in the car, completely within the reach. The proximity was intoxicating, as if he could almost taste the warmth of her skin, feel the heat radiating from her body. The electric tension between them was undeniable.

His hands, which had once roamed over her soft curves, now itched with the same desire to be near her, to close the distance that still separated them. Yet, despite the undeniable pull, he didn't move.

The silence between them was so thick, it felt as though it could suffocate him. It was a silence heavy with unspoken words, a silence that both comforted and tormented him in equal measure.

“Why isn’t he coming over?," Priya thought, her heart quickening in her chest. “After everything that happened in the theater, in the car... Why is he still so far away?" Her breath hitched as she watched him, the distance between them stretching impossibly long.

"Does he feel it too? Why isn’t he doing anything? I don’t want to be the one to start this… But I want him so badly."

Her body responded instinctively, as if betraying her resolve. Her hand, still on the hem of her saree, slowly shifted, fingers gliding sensuously down the fabric.

The slow movement, almost unconscious, seemed to highlight every inch of the soft skin beneath her clothes, every curve and delicate line that Ravi was too afraid to touch, yet longed to.

“God, how much longer can I wait like this?” Ravi thought, his pulse hammering in his chest. His eyes followed her every movement, every subtle shift in her posture. His mind screamed for him to reach out, to touch her. The temptation was unbearable.

"She’s waiting for me. But why won’t I move?" His mind was a whirl of conflicting emotions, desire, fear, doubt. He could feel the heat between them, thick and undeniable, but his body refused to close the distance.

Priya felt the same pull, her gaze flickering toward him with the same quiet desperation. “Just come closer. Just hold me. Kiss me like you did in the theater. Touch me like you did in the car.” Her breath caught at the thought.

It was a silent plea, but she couldn’t bring herself to say it, to ask for what she wanted. She didn’t even know if she could.

“What if he thinks I’m too forward? What if I’m wrong for wanting this?” Her thoughts swirled, clouding her mind with guilt, with longing, with an almost painful ache for what they’d shared earlier. “I don’t want to keep pretending that this is just nothing. But I can’t just ask for more. I can’t make the first move. I’m married to Amit. This isn’t who I am. But God, I want him.”

She shifted slightly, the fabric of her saree brushing against her skin in a way that seemed to tease Ravi. The soft, almost imperceptible movement sent a shiver through her, one she hoped he’d notice, one she hoped would pull him closer. But Ravi didn’t move.

"Why isn’t he coming?" Priya’s inner voice quivered with both frustration and yearning. Her chest tightened as she stood there, waiting, hoping that he would cross the invisible line between them. “He’s done so much already. Why is he holding back now?”

Ravi could feel the tension building, thick as the silence around them. His thoughts were chaotic, a blend of fear and desire that twisted in his gut. He wanted to be near her, to wrap his arms around her, to feel the heat of her skin against his.

But the words, the consequences, the guilt of it all held him back. “What if I lose control? What if I push too far?”

His body was betraying him. His hands itched to touch her, but he fought against it. The temptation was unbearable. His eyes lingered on the curve of her neck, the delicate line of her collarbone that peeked out from her saree.

He wondered how it would feel to press a kiss there, to feel her pulse flutter beneath his lips.

"I can’t... I shouldn’t... but I want her so badly."

Priya felt a heat building inside her, a burn that had started with those touches in the theater, ignited in the backseat of the car, and now flared up again. She wanted him to hold her, to make everything feel real.

But it felt as if the moment was slipping away, like they were both afraid to grab onto it, afraid to make it tangible. She could feel the ache in her chest, the soft thrum of need that seemed to be all she could think about.

“This isn’t right, but it feels so right.” The words echoed in her mind, a quiet contradiction, but the longing for him didn’t fade. If anything, it intensified. “What do I do now? Should I take a step toward him? Or should I wait? Should I just let him... come to me?” The uncertainty gnawed at her.

Her heart was pounding in her chest now, the slow, rhythmic pulse matching the beat of her breathing. Her body was already betraying her desires, subtly pushing her toward him with every breath, every slight shift of weight. Yet, still, Ravi remained motionless, like a statue carved from stone.

Why am I waiting for him? Priya wondered, almost desperate now. I’ve already shown him what I want. Why is he still so far away?

The silence was unbearable. Every part of her screamed for action, to do something, to close that gap. But the tension between them felt too fragile, too delicate to break.

Then, as if to punctuate the silence, Amit’s voice drifted in from down the hall. "Hey, I’m going to be a while in here. You guys figure out the food, no need to tell me what you decide. I’m fine with whatever."

The sound of Amit's casual tone felt like a bucket of cold water splashed over both of them. The tension that had been building shattered in an instant, leaving only the quiet remnants of what had been left unspoken.

Ravi’s shoulders stiffened, and Priya instinctively turned slightly away, the connection broken before it could fully form.

The air between them suddenly felt too still, too quiet. The room seemed to grow colder as the realization settled in: they had not crossed the line. They had not moved beyond the edge. Neither had the courage to make that leap.

Maybe next time, Ravi thought, feeling his heart still racing. Maybe when the air isn’t so thick with unspoken words.

Priya closed her eyes for a brief moment, as if to shield herself from the ache in her chest. She could still feel the warmth of his gaze, his presence, and the sting of what they hadn’t allowed themselves to do.

Maybe it wasn’t meant to be, she thought, but the hollow ache that followed made her wonder. Maybe tomorrow. Maybe the next time.

Scene: In the Living Room – A Moment of Affection

The apartment was quiet, save for the soft hum of the air conditioning and the distant sounds from outside. Ravi stood still just inside the living room, feeling an unusual sense of hesitation, something he hadn’t expected.

The car ride, the theater, the moments of subtle touch and unspoken connection between him and Priya, all of it seemed to swirl in his mind, but here, in the quiet of the living room, things felt different.

More real.
More present.
More overwhelming.

"Why can’t I just move? Why does this feel harder now?" Ravi’s mind raced, his heart hammering in his chest. He had been so close to her just moments ago, in the dark theater, in the car, but this... this felt different.

The proximity, the intimacy of the room, the quietness pressing against him, all of it made everything seem so much more alive, more tangible. More real. And yet, he couldn't act.

He felt the weight of the moment, the heavy silence that hung in the air, thick with emotions they hadn’t dared to fully express.

Everything felt magnified now. The soft sway of Priya’s saree, the gentle scent of her perfume, the way she had been standing there, quietly, as though waiting for him to take the next step.

“She’s here. Right here. And I can’t even move. It’s like my body won’t cooperate. What’s wrong with me?”

Priya, too, seemed to feel the shift in the air. Her eyes, though soft, had that hint of vulnerability, the same vulnerability that mirrored Ravi’s own inner turmoil. She wasn’t the same as she had been in the theater or in the car.

This was a different space, and with it came a different kind of tension. The kind that squeezed at his chest, the kind that whispered to him, urging him to act, to bridge the distance that had always felt so vast between them.

“If only he would... just do something... just touch me... but then... what if this is too much?” Priya's mind whispered, a mixture of anticipation and uncertainty swirling inside her. She wasn’t used to feeling this way, at least not openly.

The walls she had built around herself, the ones that kept her distant, seemed to be crumbling in the presence of Ravi.
