Yes since without logging in if they can view why will they waste time
Either login mandatory or viewing for 2-3 pages at the start only kuch aisa karna chahiye so that people will register more

Without login in they can't even like the post
Once login even if they feel lazy to motivate the writer they can atleast like the post

In this way writer will also feel engaged atleast people are liking his /her creation
If multiple reaction on like button or atleast like and dislike button will be there
It will give the writer some idea to proceed

1st i am agree with you that not cost of degrading the other community.....

But moderater give warning atleast one time ..he directly delete story......1st time if any write violate rules give warning and suggest changes in  story.....2nd time write not listen then block next update whenever write not edit story......3rd if very disgusting and harsh words use in story you can hidden story just like kabadiwala story 

  but in some story not using degrading words you delete,, some edit story again delete,,, in some story case not give single time warning and delete ....I give you example 
1st case  example ....Sexy mom with her official colleague Mr. Gajendra
Rehana aunty ne mummy ko apne pati se chudwaya(Hindi story)

2nd case example....Intelligent wife

Many reasons.
Online users were not as old days (exbii) days. Those days also % of comments, online
Users , loggedin users might be same. Since, now online users are less so difference is noticable .

Writers should encourage users to share their views. Small replies from writer to fans/reades will enhance participation of registered users. Readers should understand that no matter what he/she wish to read,it totally depends on writer to write his/her story and upcoming episodes. 
Very less story or thread in a single day.
Moderator should encourage writers and take action on those who harass writers. It should activatly done by moderators by random checking threads without waiting for complain by users.
Stop creating funny rules. security officer replaced by Security which sometimes prevent readers to connect with characters and places. Example, character is ACP but from security department. Still neta and politicens are untouched and not Rechristened till now.

many readers want to harass writers.

they use report option.

and they feel,they are the protectors of society.
