সানন্দা একটা ঘোরের মধ্যেই নেমে আসে প্রকাশের উপর থেকে.... আর সাথে সাথে ওর পেট পাকিয়ে বমি হয়ে যায়।  ঘরের মেঝেতে সানন্দার বমিতে ভরে যায়, সানন্দা কোনো মতে সোফার কাছ এসে লুটিয়ে পড়ে।  জ্ঞান হারায় ওর।

ভিনায়ক তখনো সজাগ।  ও সিকিউরিটিকে ডাকে,  বলরাম ইধার আও..... ম্যাডামকো উঠাকে লে যাও.... অউর আচ্ছেসে নেহলাকে কাপড়ে পেহেনা দেনা..... আগর উসকি হোঁশ না আয়ে তো উধার গেস্ট রুম পর শুলা দেনা...... বাদমে শ্রীদামকো খবর কর দেনা,  বো আকে লে জায়েগা....

বলরাম সানন্দার বেঁহুশ নগ্ন শরীরটা দুহাতে তুলে ভিতরে নিয়ে যায়।

দরিদ্র নারীর অসহায় রূপটি খুবই সুন্দর তুলে ধরেছেন।
