Prem felt sad for making Amala cry, but it was better this way. He is a Telugu Student from Bengaluru studying in Nagpur with prospectus to go global. Amala is a local girl eying to settle down at Nagpur. Already he is worried about his future, how he is going to deal with Prerana, Shyamala and Pavitra, the very thought of getting away from them hurting him, he need not have a day dreamer too.
He had to submit his Third year mini project and it was due since long. Because of his training and competitions, the management has given him some leeway, but he could not avoid the essentials. He has no confidence Amala will help in this, so he had approached his HOD. His HOD scolded him for his lethargy and assigned another student Satish to help him. Satish is the class leader and the topper of his section. In the beginning Satish was reticent in dealing with him, but slowly warmed up seeing Prem sincerity and intelligence. Satish revealed that since Prem kept to himself all the time and with his fame, all the students thought of him as displaying attitude. That is also the reason why he was cold to him.
Prem, not having any friend since he joined the college, spoke to Satish, “I was homesick and timid in the first year. I was overwhelmed with everything happening and failed the year. Also I got hospitalized. Not many showed sympathy and even made fun of me. So I focused entirely on developing myself. With intense focus and dedication, I am now here at this position. At a center focused on intelligence ant Technology, I did not find anyone with a common ground for both boxing and engineering. Whoever I met just wanted to use me or deviated me from my goal. So I did not get to make many friends. I am sorry for that.”
Satish understood Prem and helped him a lot. As computer students, they have to submit a mini project either of their own or from the industry. Facing the time constraint, Satish urged him to develop some excel workseets with macros enabled that both integrates different data sheets as well as separate them into new sheets having required data. With the summer holidays, Prerana’s children wanted a break from Nagpur and wanted to go to Bangalore. Suresh requested Prem to take Prerana to Bangalore and Prem agreed. Suresh was happy he gets Shyamala all to himself. They booked a A/c Ist class train to Bangalore and happily departed. Prem handled the luggage while Prerana took care of the children. Prem requested that Prerana come to their house in Bangalore and she has agreed. Prem made sure to play with the children extensively and make them fall asleep by the night. Prerana looked on lovingly how Prem was playing with her children. When the slept, they both shared a berth and had a wonderful ride. Prerana was hot with how long it had been since they were together and was dominant this time. Prem let Prerana have her way and by the morning they were thoroughly tired but fully satisfied. They reached Bangalore and Prem’s father Narayana Murthy has come to receive them.
They reached Prerana’s house in Jayanagar and went to their house in Marthahalli. Prem’s mother Mrs. Sudha was overjoyed to see her son returning home and hugged him tightly. They celebrated that day with Narayana Murthy telling how proud he was of Prem. The next day, he got a phone from Prerana asking him to come get her. So Prem went to Prerana’s house and found her waiting on the road with luggage and kids. She ordered him to get the luggage as she sat in the car. Prem sensed she was angry and brought them straight to his house. Sudha and Murthy were shocked at the same time elated to have Prerana at their house.
Sudha asked the kids what they wanted and made maggie noodles for them. While the kids ate happily, Prerana left the room and broke down. Sudha and Prem asked her what happened. Between her sobs, Prerana revealed that her aunt insulted her and her children. She is used to the insults ever since her father died, but she could not tolerate it any longer. Her uncle used to be supportive, but he has turned a blind eye over her. Her uncle son misbehaved with her and she decided to leave the house for good. She thanked Sudha for her hospitality and requested Prem to get tickets to Nagpur at the earliest. But Sudha was having nothing of it. She consoled Prerana. Since her childhood, no elder woman has taken in her so lovingly and Prerana broke down further.

She understood Prerana’s effort for the children to have relatives and that is the reason why she is taking so much pain in getting them to her uncles house inspite of the insults and hardships. She fed Prerana with her own hands and Prerana cried again. The children got scared seeing their mom cry, but Prem lightened with mood with his jokes. Murthy inquired about the global competitions and was astonished that most of the contestants at Olympics are students fresh out of college. So he requested his friends to find out how they managed. The best coaches are at Delhi and Mumbai. Prem might even require international coaches if he wants to win in the Olympics. How he can continue at Nagpur with all this a big question.

Her mother passed away after Anitha and now she is looking at Sudha as her mother. But Prem sneaked in some kisses and hugs in between satisfying his urges. He said Children wants ice cream and sweets not knowing excessive indulgence in them would damage their health. But a loving mother doesnot deny them completely and let them have at a level not harming them. Similarly he wants Devi to take care of him and prevent him from ruining himself.
Devi is satisfied and gave him the boon. “You will have good control over your mind. You would be on a top league at mental strength. You can learn the thoughts of other by looking into their eye. You can influence others to a certain extent as long as they have some degree of favourability to the idea. He cannot override any one’s will completely and make them puppets. Strong willed people can try to override his authority. And most important part, when you want to influence anyone, look at them, think of me and smile, if they smile back, you can go ahead.
