Meera is not ready to face herself because she is scared, she would find something in her heart that is being offered by Desai that would make her leave him impossible for ever. She is not ready to choose or willing to battle those thoughts. Irony is that she is willing to sleep with Desai in a home where she would be moving with her husband for a better future, only to be haunted by the moments she would spend on that bed forever.
The Meera we readers loved is long gone.

Whatever Meera was doing – whatever choices she was making – I couldn’t deny that I had planted the seeds of it. I had nurtured this part of her.
True but so did she in Krish’s case. She is the one who made him a cuckold. This episode has some loose writing. Krish felt betrayed and very angry when he learned about the WhatsApp message, and then suddenly, he turned into a willing cuckold again. Its not reality, its a story. Story started with an event and that made him this way and now its integral part of his nature. As long as he is with Meera he will be a cuckold. Even if they do not change, there can be a happy ending for both of them as long as they realize true love for each other like they did at the end of part 2.
