It is the reverse, infact, Meera is staying with Krish for the sake of society, not for Krish, because she is a bitch mentally and basically which was evident in the second part, where she has agreed while shifting and travelling along with krish. Well , that is a convenient ending to any usual Cuckold story , it has been a repetative thing for almost every story where the cuckold is left embarassed. However  , I do believe a separation must happen , but it should be temporary. And this separation should start a drastic change in all of these characters. Krish should learn to let go off his cuckolding kink realizing he lost Meera because of his perversion and his desperation for her.
