By hearing to the doctor's medication, both Devendra and Anand look tensed.

Boss: Adi, your treatment will be started from tomorrow in Anand's house. So, you get ready as soon as possible; let’s check out from this hospital.
 
With this, Devendra paid the hospital's bill, thanked the doctor and headed towards the parking lot with his son and Anand's family. Anand and Supriya got into their car and left the hospital. Devendra and his son followed Anand's car and all of them headed towards Anand's home. On the way, Devendra explained all the things to his son which were told by doctor. After one hour of drive in Bangalore's traffic, all of them reached Anand's home.
 
On reaching home, Anand and Supriya welcomed both Devendra and his son inside the house. They offered some juice to the father and son. After few hours of chit chat, Devendra took both Anand and Supriya aside and started the conversation:
 
Boss: Anand and Supriya, please take care of my son very nicely. I know you people do take care of him very nicely; I don't need to tell all this, still I am requesting to you both, please do take care of him. He might have become more than 20 years old, but still he is very young at heart and doesn't know much about the outside world. This is the first time; he is staying outside in other's house without me.
 
With that, he joined his hands to both of them and offered a one lakh rupee cheque. Anand immediately denied that saying:
 
Anand: No sir, we are not expecting any kind of money for this help. We are just doing this looking at the critical condition of my friend's son. That's it. I can't take this cheque sir. Please...
 
Boss: I know Anand, what kind of person you are. But don’t deny this, please, it's my request, you have to accept this.
 
With a heavy heart, Anand accepted the cheque and he seemed very happy with the behavior of his boss.
 
Boss: Thanks Anand for accepting it. Now, I will have to leave to my home. If anything is there, you can always call me on my phone. It’s been two weeks since I have gone to office properly. Now, I don’t have many worries since I have handed over my son to you both (giggles). I will have to go to office tomorrow. What about you Anand, are you coming to office tomorrow?
 
Anand: Most probably, I will come to the office sir. Since Supriya has to start the medication tomorrow morning, I will decide about it tomorrow morning itself sir.
 
Boss: What will you do sitting here Anand? Don't you get bored? Anyway, Supriya will take care of my son, you can come to the office tomorrow (saying this he started giggling).

Anand: Suppi, why are you soo silent?
 
Supriya released herself from the hug and just nodded her head.
 
Anand: What happened again Suppi? Are you feeling tensed about tomorrow?
 
Supriya just nodded her head saying yes. Even Anand was tensed about the tomorrow's medication. Still without showing the tension on his face, Anand said:
 
Anand: Come on dear, don’t get tensed. I will be there with you tomorrow for the complete day. Don’t worry. I have decided to apply leave for tomorrow's work.
 
On hearing this, Supriya got bit relaxed and had a smile on her face. Seeing her smile, Anand dragged the blanket which was on the bed and covered them with it.

She started praying in her mind and asking God to help her from tomorrow and not to disturb their happy married life, with that unknowingly Supriya drifted to the sleep.
 
But Supriya did not get the proper sleep during that night thinking about the tomorrow's medication and husband's anger towards her. Even Anand acted as if got the sleep by covering his face with the bed sheet, but he was deeply immersed in his thoughts and was just thinking about the tomorrow's medication. Both of them had the broken sleep during that night.

Anand: That’s nice, now go and freshen up Aditya? Let’s have a breakfast together.
 
Aditya: Yeah sure. By the way Uncle, didn't you go to office today?
 
Anand: No Aditya, I have applied leave for the work today.
 
Aditya: Why Uncle? Any personal work for you?
 
Anand: Nothing as such Aditya. Just thought of being with you for a day, so that I can take care of you.
 
Aditya (with a sad look on his face): Oh no, sorry Uncle. I am giving lot of trouble for you both. Because of me, you people have to spend your time away from your important works. I am feeling very bad about myself, very sorry from my side Uncle.
 
Anand: Hey Aditya, come on. Don’t think like that.
 
With that, both Anand and Supriya went near him and tried to console him. After few minutes:
 
Anand: Now, go and get freshen up Aditya.
 
After Aditya got freshened up, all of them had their breakfast together. After having breakfast, Supriya started getting her kid ready for college and around 8:30, her elder kid went to the college in a college bus. Then Supriya went to take bath and there in the hall, both Aditya and Anand started watching TV. Meanwhile Anand's heartbeat has started getting increased since the time has come to start the medication procedure. As doctor said yesterday, they have to start the medication today after having their breakfast.
 
After few minutes Supriya came out of the bathroom wearing a cream color saree and same color blouse. Aditya was stunned to see her beauty in that saree and just controlled his emotions without reacting anything. Actually Supriya was comfortable wearing nighty without bra when staying at home. Supriya was surprised by the eagerness of her hubby Anand to start this medication procedure.
 
Supriya (with a bit of hesitation in her voice): You decide.
 
Anand: Suppi, we should be extra careful today about Aditya. He looked very upset today morning and it seems like Aditya is a very sensitive person.
 
Supriya: Hmmmn!!!
 
Anand: If you are OK, can we start the medication now?
 
Supriya: Hmmmn!!!
 
Anand was about to leave the kitchen, then Supriya said:
 
Supriya: Dear, during this medication, you have to be with me only. Don't leave me alone.
 
Anand: Don’t worry Suppi; I will be with you only. I will ask Aditya to go to his room. Lets do it in his room itself.
 
Now, Supriya's heartbeat has started beating at a rapid pace and she was feeling very tensed imagining feeding Aditya in the presence of her hubby. She blamed herself in her mind for asking her hubby to stay with her during the medication. She kept wondering how her husband Anand is going to react after this medication.

Anand went outside the kitchen and sat on the sofa for few minutes without asking anything to Aditya. Till now Anand has not interacted with Aditya about the medication procedure. So, he was feeling bit hesitation on how to start the interaction with Aditya about medication procedure. He was sitting there quietly for few minutes. Meanwhile Aditya was watching the TV.
 
Anand (with a stuttering voice): Aditya, why don't you take some rest inside your room?
 
Aditya: Yeah sure Uncle.
 
With that, Aditya went inside the room. Aditya was acting as if he doesn't have any idea about the medication procedure. When Aditya went inside the room, Anand immediately ran towards kitchen and asked Supriya:
 
Anand: Suppi, Aditya went inside his room. Can we go there?
 
Anand was speaking rapidly due to the tension and nervousness. Supriya saw her hubby's eagerness, tension and nervousness and just said:
 
Supriya: Hmmmn!!! I will come in few minutes.

Anand was waiting in the hall for Supriya with lot of tension which one can see on his face. After few minutes, Supriya came to hall in the same cream color saree and blouse and said:
 
Supriya (with a bit of hesitation in her voice): I am ready dear.
 
Anand: Hmmmn!!! Let’s go inside Aditya's room dear.
 
With that, both Aditya and Supriya went towards Aditya's room.
 
Meanwhile there in the room, Aditya was reading some magazine lying on the bed. He heard the door opening sound and near the door, he saw both Anand and Supriya standing over there. Aditya suddenly got up on the bed and asked them:
 
Aditya: What happened Uncle? Please come inside. 
 
Anand (with stuttering voice): Nothing Aditya just came here to enquire about your health. With that, both Aditya and Supriya entered the room and sat on the corners of bed. 
 
Aditya: I am fine Uncle. I was just reading some article in this magazine.
 
Anand: That's nice.
 
Both Anand and Supriya were looking at each other with tension on how to raise that topic of medication with Aditya. After few minutes:
 
Anand (with his heart beating faster than usual): Aditya, as you know, you are here for some medication for the disease which are you facing from past couple of weeks. Can we...
 
Aditya interrupted Anand in the middle and said:
 
Aditya (with a sad look on his face): Yes Uncle, I know that. In fact I have started the medication from yesterday night itself.
 
Both Anand and Supriya were surprised listening to him and said:
 
Anand: Yesterday Night? What are you talking about?
 
Aditya: Yes Uncle, Dad asked me to take these tablets (pointing to the sheet of tablets lying on table) three times a day. So I started taking the tablets from yesterday night itself.
 
Then both Anand and Supriya realized that Aditya was not aware of the exact medication procedure.
 
Anand: That's good Aditya.
 
Now Anand started feeling uncomfortable again on how to explain the medication procedure to Aditya. After few minutes:
 
Anand (with stuttering voice): Aditya, hasn't your dad explained you about the other medication procedure?
 
Aditya (with a surprised look on his face): Other medication procedure? What’s that Uncle? Dad just asked me to stay in your home for few days so that there will be someone to take care of me and yes, regarding medication, he just asked to take these tablets regularly.
 
Anand: Ohhh, OK.
 
Anand decided to make him aware of the medication procedure where as Supriya was just listening to their conversations with a bit of tension in her mind.
 
Aditya: Tell me Uncle, what’s that medication procedure? Is there any other tablet which I need to take other than these tablets?
 
Anand: No tablets as such Aditya. It's, it's just some home treatment which was suggested by the Doctor.
 
Aditya (with a surprised look on his face): Home Treatment? What’s that Uncle?
 
Anand was feeling bit embarrassed to explain the medication procedure to Aditya. He looked at Supriya who was sitting silently on the corner of bed and turned again towards Aditya.
 
Anand (with a stuttering voice): OK, let me explain you this Aditya. This treatment will be given by my, Sup, Suppi, sorry Supriya.
 
Aditya interrupted Anand again and said:
 
Aditya (with a surprised look on his face): Supriya Aunty? What’s that Uncle?
 
Anand (with a shaky voice): Yessss, she will give the treatment. As prescribed by the doctor, she has to breastfeed you for the next three months. She has to give her milk to you, only then, your disease will be cured.
 
Saying this, Anand just put his head down in shame.
 
Aditya: What? What are you saying Uncle?
 
Supriya realized that her husband is feeling embarrassed, so she decided to get herself into this conversation:
 
Supriya (with a bit of hesitation): Yes Aditya, this is what doctor has suggested. We all have discussed about this and finally decided to continue with this treatment.
 
Aditya (with a sad look on his face): What's this Aunty? How can I do this? I just can't imagine doing this to you people. My dad also didn't give me a small hint about this treatment. How can my dad do this to me? I feel very bad about myself and my dad Aunty.
 
Anand: Don’t feel bad Aditya. Your dad has struggled a lot in the past two weeks. We both know how much he has struggled when you were in the hospital.
 
Supriya joined Anand by saying:
 
Supriya: Yes Aditya, don’t feel about you or your dad. He is struggling a lot to save you from this deadly disease. When doctor told your dad about this treatment, your dad was in a shock. He struggled a lot looking outside for a complete week to get this treatment for you. But his efforts went in vain.
 
Anand: So, looking at your dad's pain, we both decided to help you. You just don’t feel bad Aditya. There is nothing bad about this. We are just here to help you from the deadly disease.
 
With this Aditya felt very bad and tears started rolling down his eyes.
 
Aditya (with tears in his eyes): Uncle, I was not aware of the struggle my dad had in the past couple of weeks. But still, how can my dad ask you both to do this for me? I just can't do this Uncle. It’s just just disgusting.
 
Anand: Ohhh Come on Aditya, try to control yourself. Don’t cry, please don’t cry!!!
 
Supriya also tried to console him, but Aditya did not stop crying, he just put his head down and covered his face with his hands.
 
Supriya: Please don’t cry Aditya, Don’t cry. Please!!!
 
When Supriya saw him crying continuously, she just went near him and lifted his face up which was down and covered with his hands. Aditya's face was full of tears and his eyes have become completely red. When Supriya saw his crying face, she felt very bad about Aditya and immediately she flopped his head on her shoulders and started to comfort him by moving her manicured fingers on his back and his head. She started ruffling his hairs and said:
 
Supriya: Come on Aditya, Don’t cry. Please stop crying.
 
Meanwhile Anand also felt bad about Aditya and just sat there watching Supriya comforting Aditya by putting his head on her shoulders. After few minutes, Aditya stopped crying and said:
 
Aditya (still without wiping his tears on his cheeks and face): Sorry Aunty and Uncle. I cannot do this to you both. You both are such a lovely couple. I just cannot imagine myself to do this for you both.
 
Anand: Don’t feel bad about this Aditya. We both have discussed about it among ourselves and we both have decided to help you wholeheartedly.
 
Aditya (with bit of anger): No Uncle, I just cannot do this. How can you expect your wife to do this to me?
 
Listening to this, both Anand and Supriya put their heads down in embarrassment and even Aditya realized that he has said something wrong.
 
Aditya: Sorry Uncle, I was bit emotional. But, but...
 
With this, again Aditya started crying. Now, both Anand and Supriya understood Aditya's concern towards them and said:
 
Anand: It’s OK Aditya, Don’t cry again. You don’t take it in a wrong way. We both just want you to come out of this deadly disease. That’s why we have decided to help you.
 
Now Anand has started to console him and after few minutes:
 
Aditya: Ok Uncle. I won’t cry. But first, let me call my dad and ask him why he did not inform me about all this?
 
Saying that, Aditya took his mobile out and started searching for his number.
 
Anand: No Aditya, why do you want to call him? Come on, why do you want to trouble him again? He was struggling from past two weeks for you in the hospital. Now at least, let him take some rest.
 
Hearing this, Aditya put his mobile down and said:
 
Aditya: Uncle, Sorry very sorry from my side. See, how much trouble I am giving you both.
 
Anand: Don’t worry Aditya; no trouble to both of us. As we told you earlier, we both have mutually agreed to help you. It’s not because of someone's pressure we are doing this. We both just want to save you from this deadly disease and see you smile again.
 
Aditya: Thank you so much Uncle and Aunty. You both are soo sweet.
 
Supriya: Can we see a smile on Aditya's face now? Come on, come on, Smile please!!!
 
Aditya at last smiled after all the crying from past few minutes. Meanwhile Anand and Supriya looked at each other on how to start the medication.
 
After few minutes, Anand on a serious note started the conversation:
 
Anand: Aditya, since Doctor has told us to start the medication today, we have to start it today itself. We just cannot delay your treatment. If we delay it, it might land you in trouble. So, can we start the medication here only in your room?
 
Aditya (with a rather dull face): Yes Uncle.
 
Aditya was acting as if he does not want to trouble both Anand and Supriya and he is not interested in this treatment.
 
Anand: Why are you dull again Aditya? You should not be dull like this. Your mental strength plays a very important role during this treatment. So, don’t be dull always. Come on, cheer up, cheer up!!!
 
Aditya: Hmmmn Uncle!!!
 
Anand (with a shaky voice): Suppi, can we start today's treatment?
 
Supriya's heart has started beating at a rapid pace thinking of breastfeeding a person who is a complete stranger and she just nodded her head to the hubby's question. With that, Supriya climbs the bed and sits on it with the feet crossed in front of her. Aditya has started feeling uneasy now and said:
 
Anand: Aditya, now Supriya will start the medication as prescribed by doctor. 
 
Turning towards Supriya, Anand said:
 
Anand (with bit of uneasiness): You start with Aditya's treatment; I will be there outside in the hall. If you want anything, call me.
 
Saying this Anand immediately went outside their room. Due to uneasiness, Anand came outside the room. After coming out of the room, he remembered the promise given to his wife that he will be there with her during the medication. Then, he thought of going inside the room, but decided against it.
 
There in the room, Supriya was surprised by Anand's behavior and then decided to concentrate on the medication. First, she thought of breaking the ice between them since they have not interacted much after the few minutes of chatting, a week back in the hospital.
 
Supriya: How are you feeling now Aditya? Are you ok now?
 
Aditya (nodding his head): Yes Aunty.
 
Supriya: Good, don’t worry. You will be alright in next few months.
 
Aditya: Hmmmn Aunty!!!
 
When Anand went outside, Aditya slowly started observing Supriya's body quite closely without getting to the notice of Supriya. For the first time, he is watching her body from the closer angle that too for a bit longer time. Saying this, Supriya started laughing. Hearing this, even Aditya had a smile on his face.

Supriya said this with ease without any kind of hesitation. Hearing this, Aditya was about to get up from his place, then Supriya interrupted him and told:

With that, Supriya turned away from Aditya and started unhooking her blouse hooks with her saree still on the body. She took her manicured hands inside her saree and started unhooking the hooks which were on the front side of her blouse. Supriya unhooked all the hooks of her blouse except the top hook. She kept it like that and pulled the left bra cup upwards. Now her left breast is completely out of the blouse and bra but still hidden behind the saree.
