She was very angry but on not seeing anyone, she suppressed her anger and turned back and asked Sameeksha to hurry up. In a little while Sameeksha's shopping was completed and then after buying kitchen items from the grocery store as per the list given by her mother, both of them went to pay the bill. Sameeksha was getting her bill made when suddenly a loud voice of "Chatakkk" along with "Shamelessness has a limit" shook the eardrums of everyone present there.

Seeing Raghav as soon as she entered, Shrishti said in her mind... Oh God, this is the same person who had returned my document. Oh God, don't make me create any trouble again.

Seeing this Raghav smiled in his mind. Some more round of questions and answers went on and finally giving Shrishti her certificate booklet back Raghav said... Shrishti ji now you can go, the job information will be sent to you by mail or letter.



On hearing about giving the information later Shrishti got disappointed once again because Shrishti was hoping that since the interview had gone on for so long then maybe she would get the job but she did not see any possibility of that. She knew very well the meaning of giving the information later. So reluctantly she got up and thanked Raghav and left. Just when she reached the door Raghav said... Shrishti ji wait! If you promise to fulfill some of my conditions then you can get this job.



On hearing about getting the job Shrishti jumped with joy and said smilingly... what kind of condition?



Raghav... the only condition is that whatever work is given to you, you will do it responsibly.



Shrishti... yes, I will not give you a chance to complain.



Raghav... if that is the case then you can happily go home and join when you are asked to join.



Once again, Shrishti expressed her gratitude smilingly and then she left and Raghav said... oh what a girl she is? As innocent and naive as she looks, she is equally quick-tempered and angry and most importantly, she is very proud, but why am I saying such things about her?



Shrishti has got a job. When she came home and told this to her mother, her mother also became a part of her daughter's happiness. In the evening, both mother and daughter were having tea when someone rang the doorbell to inform about their arrival. Then Mata Shrishti said... Shrishti beta, go and see who has come?



As soon as Mata Shrishti said this, Shrishti went outside. There a boy was standing with a shiny new scooty. Shrishti went to him and said... Yes, tell me what was the work?



"Yes, your name is Shrishti."

But before that, Shrishti met her only friend Samiksha and told her about the happiness she received after difficulties. Friends, friends, all are looking for such opportunities. So why would Samiksha let go of such an opportunity. On getting the information of getting a new scooty and a job, Samiksha said... New scooty, new job, Shrishti, I have started thinking about you. Now tell me when are you throwing a party.



Shrishti... hey hey wait you robber, the village has not settled yet and you have come to loot. First let me get the salary, then you can have a party.

Shrishti went to the place mentioned and sat down and started observing the expressions of the people present in the office. Anyway, in no time Shrishti got a call. As soon as she got the call, Shrishti reached Raghav.

They talked a little and then Raghav called someone. Two-four minutes had passed when someone knocked on the closed door and asked for permission to come inside. Sakshi was at the door, who came inside as soon as she got permission and said... Sir, was there any shortage?



Raghav... Sakshi, meet her, this is Shrishti, she has just joined.



Both of them said hello and then Sakshi said... Sir, this is the same person whose interview you had taken.

As soon as both of them left, Raghav moved the revolving chair a little back, then put one leg over the other, tied both hands behind his head and rested his head on the back of the revolving chair and started smiling softly while dancing his legs. Raghav's way of smiling was telling a different story. It seemed that something was going on in Raghav's mind.

Taking Shrishti with him, Sakshi reached a room which could be described by just looking at it. This was an architect's spruce office but it was not like that, there were already four or five people present there. Calling out to all of them, Sakshi said... Hello guys, meet her, her name is Shrishti, she has joined today and will work with us for the next one week.




"Nice name and sweet girl." "So sweet name and sexy girl." Everyone passed such different kinds of comments. Which Shrishti did not like but she knew that such comments are common. Which is usually heard from people working together. So she did not feel bad, one by one they kept telling about themselves. Where they are from, where they used to work earlier. How did they reach here, how many projects have they worked on till now. So and so started giving detailed information. Due to which a lot of time was being wasted. So Shrishti stopped them and said...hey guys, give information about yourself later, let's talk about what work is to be done now.



"Hey Shrishti, even if we have to work together for a week, still we should know each other, it is possible that we have to work together in the future too, so if we get to know each other now, it will be easy to work later (Samiksha said further by winking at the colleagues standing in front) come on guys, give information about yourself to our new colleague, and yes, give it properly so that Shrishti gets along well with us."



Before Shrishti could say or stop them, everyone started narrating their Ram stories. Their Ram stories were still going on when "What is happening? Everyone has left their work and is busy gossiping. You are paid for working, not for gossiping." This voice echoed there, which was Raghav's.



Seeing Raghav coming, everyone immediately composed themselves and Sakshi said flatteringly... Sir, we wanted to work but Shrishti was saying that she is new, everyone should give her detailed information about themselves, work will be done later.



Sakshi's other colleagues agreed with her and blamed Shrishti for everything. Hearing and seeing this, Shrishti said in her mind... All of them are number one scoundrels. "Enough of talking (Raghav said further stopping Shrishti in between) Shrishti ji I am giving you one more chance, this time don't disappoint me. (Then he said addressing Sakshi) Sakshi if you have got acquainted with the new joiner then start working." Saying this Raghav left.



Without any reason, without doing any mistake he got a hearing from the boss on the very first day due to which Shrishti was standing with her head down sadly and Sakshi was saying to her colleagues while giving thumbs up sign that her trick worked then going near Shrishti she put her hand on her shoulder and said... Shrishti (stopped after saying just this much then spoke further mixing the sweetness of syrup in her words) Shrishti agrees that whatever happened was our fault but still we blamed you for the mistake, please forgive me for that friend.



After saying this he looked towards his colleagues and gestured and they also started apologizing by giving their own logic. Seeing everyone apologizing, Shrishti smiled a little and then said to herself… I am not as stupid as you people think me to be, yes I agree that I look innocent and to some extent I am innocent too but not so much that I cannot understand your flattery, I have faced people like you before and it was good that you showed your true colors on the very first day.



Shrishti was busy talking to herself and Sakshi said once again… hey friend, don't take too much stress, we will talk to the boss ourselves and say that it was not your fault, we stopped you from working. (Then looking at her colleagues she said) hey you guys also say something.



Everyone started saying their part in agreement and Shrishti said while looking at me with a smile… well it is good that you people realized your mistake. Now let's do some work. After all we get salary not for gossiping but for working.



After Shrishti said this, everyone started working. Shrishti already had experience of work, so she did not have much difficulty in understanding. In between, there was a short break which Sakshi and her friends tried to extend, but Shrishti foiled their plans and started working. They were forced to work with Shrishti.



In the evening, everyone was sitting and sipping tea and also laughing and joking. At that time Raghav came there, the door was closed but not completely closed. A slit of about four inches was open. When he looked inside from there, he saw Shrishti who was talking and laughing while sipping tea. Seeing this, Raghav's eyes stopped on Shrishti.

One by one, about three days passed. In these three days, Sakshi and her colleagues tried many new tricks to make Shrishti fall in Raghav's eyes but it did not happen, rather it had the opposite effect. Seeing Shrishti's dedication and passion towards work, Sakshi's colleagues became convinced of Shrishti. But Sakshi got more irritated by this, so she found another trick from her quiver.



The next day everyone was busy in work and Sakshi came out saying that she had to go to the bathroom and reached Raghav, seeing Sakshi coming, Raghav said...Sakshi, was there some important work that you have come to me at this time even though I did not call you!

Here, day after day was passing and Raghav was not taking any action against Shrishti, whereas Sakshi had filled Raghav's ears against Shrishti many times by taking advantage of the opportunity. But Raghav was watching the snake charmer's show as a spectator. Why was he doing this? Only Raghav knows this. But the result was just the opposite. Sakshi was extremely irritated by Raghav's careless attitude. She wanted to keep pretending to be good in front of Shrishti and also wanted to fill Raghav's ears against Shrishti behind her back. That's why she was unable to do anything openly.



Unaware of Sakshi's trickery, Shrishti was working honestly and diligently. Seeing Shrishti, other colleagues including Sakshi also had to work diligently or I should say Shrishti was working herself and getting others to work as well. The result of which was this. Here the project which was pending for a long time was almost on the verge of completion.



Raghav had asked Shrishti to work with Sakshi for just one week. But two weeks had passed while Shrishti was working with Sakshi. Whose worry was that Sakshi's weight was decreasing day by day but Shrishti was not affected by this at all, she was only concerned about work whether she did it with Sakshi or with someone else. In such a situation, one day as soon as he came to the office in the morning, Raghav called the whole team including Shrishti and Sakshi.



Both must be thinking what happened to Sir now?

Did Sakshi feel relieved that finally her destination has come?

Is it possible that the boss calls and the colleague does not go? Everyone entered the room one by one. Last of all, Shrishti entered the room. Despite not wanting to, Raghav's gaze once again got stuck on Shrishti's innocent, blooming face and the smile on her lips.



With his gaze fixed, Raghav was busy looking at Shrishti and Shrishti had just moved a few steps inside when suddenly she realized that her boss was staring at her.



As soon as she realized, Shrishti's cheeks turned red with shame and she lowered her gaze while smiling softly. And she started fixing her clothes to see if there was any mistake. And this is the natural nature of every woman. She arranged her clothes properly and moved ahead! On the other hand, a smile automatically appeared on Raghav's lips too.



Whether anyone else noticed this behaviour of both of them or not, it could not escape Sakshi's gaze.



Seeing Raghav smiling while staring at the door, Sakshi also turned her gaze towards him. There, Shrishti, smiling shyly, came in Sakshi's sight. Seeing this, she said to herself... so this is the matter. Shrishti turned out to be very smart, it has been only a few days since she has come and see how she is locking eyes with Sir. I am the only one who has been trying for so long and Sir just does not melt! This Shrishti is ahead of me and seems to be quite experienced in this matter.



Perhaps Sakshi could not digest the clash of eyes of both of them, so she pushed the flower pot kept on the table and made it fall down.



As soon as the sound of breaking of flower pot touched his ears, Raghav's trance broke and he stuttered and said... what broke?

As soon as Raghav's voice touched his ears, Shrishti's lowered eyes looked up and once again their eyes met. With a faint smile on her lips, she came and stood near the table after taking a few steps.



Raghav's eyes were fixed on Shrishti till now. As soon as he came close to Shrishti, Raghav said... Shrishti ji, you are doing your work responsibly, aren't you? (Then he addressed Sakshi and said) Sakshi, please give us the details of her work so that we can know whether Shrishti ji is working responsibly or is she just passing the time by chatting.



Raghav's words hurt Shrishti. The effect of this was that the smile on her lips vanished and her blooming face became dull.



Here, even Sakshi's face turned pale! What should she say?? Raghav sir bowled such a ball which was enough to make her sweat! Sakshi was not able to reply. After all, what could she say, she was the one who had filled her ears against Shrishti. Now she had to sing praises of Shrishti with the same mouth which she was not able to do. Praise from colleagues, which Shrishti had hardly expected because of the way they had treated her on the very first day. After that, it was futile to expect praise from them, but today they broke this illusion of Shrishti. Due to which Shrishti's dejected face blossomed again.



Even Sakshi did not expect that her colleagues who had been working with her for a long time would become her admirers after working with her for just a few days and would praise her in front of the boss but they said what was the truth. And she could not do anything about it! Now her scales were on both sides, if she spoke against Shrushti then she would be proved wrong and whatever she had done in the past was now being proved wrong, the other scale was also not in her favor! Her condition was such that if you cut her, no blood would come out, as if she had frozen!



On hearing this Raghav said... Shrushti ji, you have proved my protest wrong. You have proved that I have not shot myself in the foot by giving you the job. (Then speaking to Sakshi) Sakshi, I had asked you for Shrushti ji's report card. You did not say anything but your other colleagues said it. I think you will also have to say the same thing. It was not right for Sakshi to get angry like this because Sakshi was aware of the truth. Shrishti had done a praiseworthy work. Well, Sakshi could not say anything but Shrishti could not stop herself from speaking... Sir, I felt good to know that you have told me about your special gift but I feel that the special gift should go to Sakshi mam because she is the project head and all the credit for the completion of the project should go to Sakshi mam. All this has been possible only because of her thoughts, experience and suggestions (she was also clever and knew how to use her intelligence well).



These words of Shrishti impressed everyone including Raghav. For a moment, it gave a pleasant feeling to Sakshi's ears but the very next moment Sakshi became as before because she felt that Shrishti is doing her a favour by advocating for her. Which was not expected from a junior.



On hearing Shrishti's words, Raghav smiled and then said in a calm tone... For the past one week, Raghav used to come there every day at the time of evening tea but instead of going inside, he used to go away after looking at Shruti from outside stealthily.
