D. Clarke: Plane and Geodatic Surveying, Volume I & II2. T.P. Kanetkar & Kulkarni: Surveying & Levelling, Part I & II.3. B.C. Punmia : Surveying I & II.4. N.N. Basak : Surveying & Levelling.Top 5 Advantages of Land Surveying:Land Survey helps us to prepare for construction in the similar way you consult interior desiginer and structural engineers on building design you need to consult land survey engineer to know the potential of the land. Land surveyor can help you begin work without any issue. It is not possible to measure the plot of new land without the help of Land Survey as it might leads to inappropriate land measurements. So a proper land survey is necessary as it clearly states property boundaries which can further help the management teams for appropriate construction plan and will save you from property line trouble and disputes with neighbor.Without proper land survey the value of property can be over or under valued so there is necessity for accurate land survey. If you want to understand fully your worth and purchase based on location, landscape and hardscape you will need to hire proper land survey engineer. It is necessary to understand the topographical details before purchasing the property. Detection of soil and structural issues, determination of flood prone area and get accurate representation of plot it is necessary for engineers to conduct land survey. A proper land survey will help you protect from disaster and push back and halt construction. To separate business owner from residential and commercial purposes landowners may want to begin with plot parceling. For proper division of property into pre-determined section which can be priced and handed over correctly without any inaccuracies there is a need for proper land survey.

Description
Instructor CredentialsMy name is Mike Louis, and I'll be your instructor for the Blender course. As a Creative Director and professional 3D Artist, I create design visuals to explain, teach complex ideas, solve problems and grab people's attention. For close to 20 years, I've helped businesses visually and technically communicate with, train, and market to their target audience. As the CEO and Creative Director of a creative design studio called 'PolygonsWild', my team and I have helped various brands such as Limu, AVT Simulation, Meggitt, CAE, and Florida Tech, to stand out from the competition with my team's impressive and defined designs.I've been drawing and illustrating ever since I first could hold a pencil; however, my journey as a professional 3D Designer and Multimedia Specialist began when I started my degree at Full Sail University. Initially, I primarily used Maya and Photoshop for 3D animation but then decided to try out Blender, which then became my favored 3D software.Since then I've worked as a 3D, Simulation, and Design consultant at CAE, Multimedia Specialist, and 3D Consultant at Deloitte, and now work as a Metaverse & NFT Creative Consultant & Strategist at GPC/NAPA Auto Parts & Racing.Course Description<Blender: Stylized 3D Modeling> is for those who are either brand-new to Blender or have had some exposure to it but need to understand it better. This Blender course will cover all the basics, Modeling & Lighting techniques that especially focus on vehicle modeling skills such as making use of Moodboard, Blocking, Detailing, Scene Lighting, and basic and advanced animation workshops. I would recommend this course to beginners in Blender and in 3D in general. Also those who are experienced and may be looking for a refresher or interested in a more stylized approach to add to their portfolio. To StudentsOnce you finish this course, you'll be able to start designing your own 3D models with confidence, create complicated looking images using simple shapes, and add up amazing artworks in your portfolio. What I require from you before taking this course is to have an open mind and to be patient. One of the best ways to learn is to keep playing each video back and forth, until you fully understand the content and the skills.Don't forget to have fun along the way!

I'll show you quick ways to learn digital marketing. All you need is a desire to learn digital marketing, even if you feel lost with the most basic terms.
If you want to grow your website views with free digital marketing tactics, this course is a great fit for you.
You should feel comfortable connecting to and browsing the Internet.
I'll show you free tools to use, you don't need to download anything to your computer or buy anything

Description
Jeff Bezos created a digital marketing machine that made online purchasing super easy, and he is now one of the richest people in the world. Perhaps this is why digital marketing skills are one of the most in-demand skills in the present day workplace.
While I can't guarantee that "The Ultimate Digital Marketing Bootcamp" will make you a billionaire, I can tell you that it'll teach you the fastest ways to increase your traffic, leads, and sales using over 37 tips, tricks, and tactics used by digital millionaires (many featured as guests in this course).
If you're concerned that you need to learn how to code or how to create a product to sell online, do not worry. This course is built for you. We'll start from the beginning, and you'll learn exactly how to
Get 1000 clicks consistently from Facebook pages and groups, Instagram, Youtube, Quora, Linkedin, Twitter, and livestreaming Turn clicks into your first 1000 email list subscribersGet your first sale without having to code (and even if you stink at sales!) and how others grew to $5k/mo upto $1m+/mo (Screenshare included!)Choose a website domain nameLaunch your websitePublish your first blog postPick a free email marketing tool to useSet up your email list opt-in formGrow your email list from 0 to 1000Set up your first sales pageCreate your first product
In a world where multi-billion dollar brands are created, seemingly overnight, all by going viral on different digital channels, digital marketing is a critical skill to master, even if it is not your main focus. Think about how often you're on your phone or computer every day.. Your customers are there too. This course will teach you how to reach them without having to learn complicated terms.
This course is packed with step-by-step how to videos and activities where I'll show you (and you'll do it alongside with me!)
How I got $76,432 in sales using a weird sales page headline techniqueHow I grew my email list from 0 to 30,000+ without spending anything on advertising How to embed an opt-in form in blog posts so you're always building your list
This course is different from other courses because for the past 6 years I've used these exact tactics to build a $10.5 million company with no college degree, knowing nothing when I started. These are not theories. In many videos I screenshare my actual email marketing backend, live sales dashboard, and real time Google Analytics dashboard.
As a bonus, I've interviewed over 1500 CEO's who have used digital marketing to grow their total sales to over $6.5 billion dollars through my podcast The Top Entrepreneurs. Since you don't have time to listen to every interview, I've done the hard work of pulling the most important stuff out and putting it in this course!
Join me in the course today, and I'll show you a pretty shocking way to get free traffic (Hint: not advertising) first thing after you complete your purchase.

Anyone who sells a digital or physical product and wants to increase their price without losing sales,A developer who has an idea but lacks business skills and is frustrated trying to find a business partner,A designer who worries that their first product release is going to be embarrassing so they never launch or make sales,Someone with a job who wants to create their own business on the side,Someone who has launched their business and is not happy with how many customers they have,This course is for people who like to work hard. Many people believe you can just follow your passion, and the money will follow. Without hard work, money will not follow. This course will show you the way.,This course is not for students who are graduating with debt. You should get a safe job, pay off your debt, and then come back and buy this course.,This course is not for someone who wants to launch an offline only business like a car wash. A car wash success is largely dependent on location. We will not focus on how to pick a good physical location for your business.

Latvian Language Basics

MP4 | Video: h264, 1280x720 | Audio: AAC, 44.1 KHz
Language: English | Size: 10.43 GB | Duration: 8h 31m

Learn about Latvian language. It's alphabet, spelling of words, basic grammar and simple phrases like ,,Hello! Goodbye!

What you'll learn
Latvian alphabet
Grammar
Phonetics
Basic phrases
Latvian vocabulary

Requirements
Be good at linguistics

Description
The students will learn basic information about the Latvian language like:AlphabetPhoneticsBasic phrasesBasic grammarWord spellingThis course consists of lessons on vocabulary and grammar. I made the first lessons as simple as possible for beginners to grasp the new language. One of them is with spelling out all alphabet letters. That's because some of the letters can sound different than in the English language, and also specific letters like č, which many students might not be familiar with in linguistics. I also included a lesson with basic phrases like please or good night. To make the lesson process visually teachable, I'm using dolls and other objects like technology or toys. For example, the dolls I use are in both genders or amounts, and I use them to give word examples in singular and plural, feminine and masculine forms. After any lesson, I added a small quiz so any student can test their knowledge of the new information they just learned. So after this course, you will have a better understanding of the Latvian language and get the ability to read a text in Latvian. It can be not easy at first since the letter spelling is a little bit different from the English alphabet, but it's good to take up a challenge. This course can inspire students to learn the Latvian language to the next level. For example, tsking the Latvian language from a basic language level to an intermediate and advanced one.
