Description
Making a video game is not as hard as you think. And creating a game for the market as a commercial video game can be easy too. Why, because you will have the appropriate knowledge and learning tools to make it happen.
In this tutorial, you will start learning at a slow pace, with important things emphasized. And when you are encouraged with progress, learning can be intensified. The first course part (more than 30. lectures) is about video game Math, and this is also the beginning of your first video game. In every lecture, you will learn something new and important as an element of a video game.
After finishing the first course part you will have a complete and functional game level (game scene) of a turn-based video game. And this is fundamental for the next course part - a tech tree for an RPG video game. This course part ( more than 30. lectures) teaches about making an additional game scene. Game scenes will be connected and you can create RPG game-style research elements for a very interesting video game.
You can start learning from the second course part also (after section four). You will learn new things with a different educational approach. In this part, there are learning lectures, recapitulation lectures, and learning challenges. After, the course continues with a Video game plan. Theory and practice about game planning, time-content management, and practical planning for your video game project.
The course continues with the creation of various game systems for the game project like instancing a 2D game part, quest system, text info system, tech tree, etc. The additional section teaches about 2D game physics in a completely new game project about ball-type video games. The game is first created to be functional, later good graphic elements are added for potential market sale.
The section for recapitulation uses text from a "GD Script" book to remained you about basic and advanced GD Script programming concepts. In the beginning that is a "Hello World" project, but after, you will learn from games with numbers, games with letters, and 2D games.
After, you will learn how to improve 2D RPG video games. First, you will code a 2D game fog system. Next, you will create a micro menu(in-game) for interesting options to increase game play-ability. Also, you will learn about making a save system for your video game. In the section after, you can understand 2D physics with Joint2D nodes (PinJoint2D, GrooveJoint2D, and DampedSpringJoint2D).
The 3D Game development learning process starts with a 3D platformer. The game character path is generated by code, and the character is a robot with animated movement. You will learn game prototyping with 3D game assets for the game environment.
In the second 3D game learning project student will create a full 3D RPG Adventure. You will learn about MRC, NPC, game inventory system, save system, and game publishing process.

We start by going over the UE5 user interface and different menus. Then start to create a blockout to make sure that the composition and scale is working alright. Then go learn about material editor from PBR theory all the way to creating master material that is changeable in runtime. Then we bring in Megascans Nanite meshes to dress the scene and lighting the scene using Lumen. After that, create some VFX using Niagara and create some simple blueprints to add interaction into the scene. In the second project we bring in an existing project from UE4, upgrade it then lighting it in UE5 Lumen, and add interaction using on-screen widget to change material and color in real-time.

Robotic drives and physics are intimately intertwined - almost the same topic in fact. And think about all the things around you that are moved or operated automatically: from the furnace and air handlers in your office building, to so many functions in your car, and then the booming robotics field in industry, mass production, even entertainment! People are needed who understand how those robots work in order to design, install, program and maintain those robots. Maybe you're interested in building a submarine robot to dive to shipwrecks or places normally unreachable by humans. We'll actually look at a real-world case study and use our new-found knowledge of physics to design a submarine robot to operate at depths of 600 meters or more. Or perhaps you are just interested in competition robotics like the gladiator-style battle robots which go head-to-head to destroy each other. 3D printers (of which we design and build one in course 4) are essentially robots! In module I we learned the basics of electricity and electronics. In this module II you further developed your knowledge and skills to include digital electronics and practice your skills on real-life digital components. In this third course you will learn physics principles (from simple to very complex) with a specific goal of understanding and even designing your own drive systems for robots. You will learn details about different robotic drive systems you will see in commercial, industrial robots like how timing belt drives work and why they are so important in robotics, as well as the more esoteric drives like the harmonic drive - what it is an how that amazing system works.We will even look at a real-life case study as we design a submarine robot, remotely operated and able to withstand the bone-crushing operating depths of over 600 meters minimum. The unique challenges we will face will build up your knowledge so that you too can design sea-floor robots facing harsh environments to perform inspection, welding or maintenance on submarine pipes or cables.This course is the prerequisite for the module IV course where you'll learn prototyping skills, and gain a wide variety of knowledge and skills so you can actually build your own robots and manufacture your own parts. In module IV, you'll culminate all you've learned so far as you build a 3D printer from scratch, hook it up to a desktop computer and make your own plastic parts. Throughout this course, we will build domain model entities (Product, ProductCategory, Order, OrderItems, User, Roles) and repositories for a simple e-commerce application.

In typical three-layer Spring boot application architecture, we create three layers - Controller, Service, and DAO/Repository layer.

If we use JPA/Hibernate and then write a lot of coding while implementing DAO/Repository layer - We repeat the same code again and again so what will be the solution to reduce the boilerplate code.

Spring Data JPA provides a solution to reduce a lot of boilerplate code.

We can use Spring Data JPA to reduce the amount of boilerplate code required to implement the data access object (DAO) layer.

Spring Data JPA is not a JPA provider. It is a library/framework that adds an extra layer of abstraction on the top of our JPA provider (like Hibernate). Spring Data JPA uses Hibernate as a default JPA provider.
