I think alternative plot means you should start the whole story with new or different perceptive/plot. It does not mean that story should be start by middle of anywhere. This is only my suggestion, you can do as you want but personally i don't like this story if you do not start from scratch. Original story still has been posting with some changes but if you are saying that this is a alternative plot you should write a alternative plot, not the future version of same story.

jyoti dear.... i am agree with you.... alternative plot means a new twist and different turn... not only in climax ...but for entire storyline... so it must be implied in initial stage... not at the time of climax
