Enable Forum Jump Menu? Set this to "NO"

 Click (Rebuild & Reload All)

https://xossipy.com/admin/index.php?modu...optimizedb
Select All and click Optimize all tables

If possible repair and optimize all tables in your mysql

Do these steps
It will reduce server load considerably
