This site is less than 2 months old, it is just getting started........currently lot of things are to be done......slowly it is improving day by day.......

I hope it stays ad free as long as possible.....yes realistically....as user base grows....it does require many of the features you suggested...especially mobile theme....and things like attaching files but currently this site is not being seen full time or in a paid way.....it is being run voluntarily.......new features and stuff will increase costs and also ad revenue is necessary to keep it running......

Registering a domain
Adding a free forum script And a theme
And start a website only takes a few mins

Generating traffic and revenue 
Maintaining server and script to handle the traffic
Handling DMCA and Cyber complaints 
Is the hardest part

required base resources were installed first & then the forum script.
