I too think the same. A story can be engaging only if updated once in 3 days at least. If the update can be very long and hold compact incidents of a full episodal storyline, then it can be once a week.

If someone else is going to pick up, please think before committing to these. Starting over, discrete updates and then disappearing are rather unnecessary than ever continuing at all.
