Overview
It is finally here! We are proud to present the second part of our bestseller course: Houdini Renascence Program.

We have prepared an amazing training experience for you to learn how to create simulations of the highest quality and make the leap into your new career as a VFX Artist.

In this course, you will create ten projects from scratch. We will guide you step by step, using the latest tools and workflows offered by Houdini 18, working efficiently, quickly, and in an easy-to-understand way.

This course is aimed at all VFX students and artists who want to expand their knowledge of Houdini.

Houdini Renascence Program Vol. 02 is an intermediate level course, so students must have knowledge of the software or should have taken one of our basic level courses.

COURSE CONTENT

MODULE I - THE ART OF DESTRUCTION
The first thing you will do in this course is become the god of destruction. With your new powers, you will learn how to destroy every asset we have prepared for you.
We will work on three projects from start to finish as we teach you how to use the new tools and workflows for Rigid Bodies that Houdini includes in its latest version.
At the end of this module, you will be prepared to approach destruction projects from a practical perspective, working easily and efficiently, and achieving outstanding production quality.

MODULE II - ANIMAL FURY
In the second module, you will learn to master the magic of Vellum Solver.
Through the weeks, we will use Vellum to create a variety of VFX that we will combine to create this module's project.
You will learn to get the most out of this solver to simulate soft bodies, cloths, and grains.
By the end of this module, you will have the necessary knowledge to apply these techniques to bring your projects to life using Vellum.

MODULE III - MASSIVE CONTROL
Have you ever imagined what it would be like to have the power to command crowds? In this module, you will take control of Houdini's crowds, learning how to configure and direct them with the highest level of precision.
We will have fun creating four projects that cover different situations and will help us explore a variety of techniques and tools you will need to establish a solid foundation for crowd simulations.

MODULE IV - UNCONTROLLED CHAOS
We saved the best for last! Are you ready to wreak havoc?
In the last project of the course, we will crash a helicopter into the ground!
You will learn to create fire, smoke and produce a tremendous explosion using the new and powerful Pyro Sparse Solver.

Hello there and welcome to my course, In this course I'm going to teach you how to implement Google Maps SDK for Android using the power of Kotlin programming language.

We are going to start this course by introducing with Google Maps SDK, you will first learn how to connect your Android Studio project with Google Cloud Platform. After that we will go through the process of generating Debug and Release API Keys in order to enable Google Maps SDK in our project.

Then I'm going to show you how to enable/disable certain Map controls like compass, zoom in/out controls, my location button and more. Also how to enable/disable map gestures like scrolling zooming, tilting, rotating and so on.

After that we will go through to process of choosing and applying different Map Types and Styles. You will learn how to apply dark and light map styles to your app.

You will learn how to animate Maps camera movement, how to Animate zoom levels, how to handle single click and long click events, how to place markers and drag them on the map. Then how to customize markers, and info windows as well.

Also you'll learn how to add different shapes to your Google Map like Polyline, Polygons, Circles, Overlays and basically everything you'll even need!

So Only after we get fully introduced with most of Google Maps features, we are going to start and build a real Android application. Our app will be called Distance Tracker, and as the name suggests, we will create an app which will be able to track our users location and track the distance which user travels. Our application will use Foreground Service and it will track users location even from a background when we kill our app. Bottom line, you will be able to track how many kilometers have you traveled and how much time it took.

In this course you will not learn just how to use Google Maps SDK, but also how to handle Run-time permissions, and the best practice of requesting those permissions sequentially as the newest Android API requires.

Also our application will use Foreground service with a non-removable Notification which will always stay on the top. Unless we stop and kill our foreground service. Now this is not the course where you will just learn the theory, this is the course where you are going to combine theory with practice and create a real android application to put all your knowledge which you gathered throughout this course together.

So bottom line, the level of knowledge you will get from this course, depends on how much effort you put into watching and practicing with this course.

What are the requirements to be able to practice yoga? Well, you need a body, and the ability to breathe! Anyone can practise yoga. Yoga is simply a celebration of our bodies ability to MOVE!

In this course, I guide you through 8 different classes, with 3 different styles of yoga. Enjoy some gentle stretching in our Hatha style Stretch & Breathe classes, or go for more of a workout in a Vinyasa Flow or Energising class. For more of a Restorative practice, try the Bedtime Yoga class or our Gentle Morning Stretch.

We will work through breathing technique in this course, learning how to breathe throughout our yoga practices, along with learning different breathing exercises to help with stress management.

In all of our classes, I guide you through each pose, teaching form in each posture, offering variations to suit your unique body. We all have different body types that mean our bodies respond differently to different poses. For example, if a student has tight hamstrings, maybe their downward-facing dog pose will have bent knees on tiptoes, looking a bit different to someone with not-so-tight hamstrings who may have straight legs in the pose. This is why we never compare ourselves to others in our yoga practice, it's all about YOU! Your practice is your chance to reconnect with your body.

In our yoga practices, we are never forcing the body into specific poses, but rather making our way into them all the while listening to what the body may be trying to tell us, for example 'I can feel the stretch, I don't need to go further' OR 'I can't feel the stretch, I'll try a deeper variation' and everything in between.

'No pain, no gain' is the exact OPPOSITE mindset of a yogi! We are NEVER okay with pain in yoga. If you ever feel pain in any particular pose, you can simply make your way into a restorative pose like Child Pose and wait until you feel ready to continue with the practice. And hey, staying in Child Pose for the duration of the class is still yoga! It's the practice of honouring what your body is asking for.
