Saying so, he left the hut.

Kajal stood there, shivering in shock. “Hey…what happened? Where did he go?”

The men called for some women and two of them arrived, carrying two huge mud pots of water with them. Kajal stood staring, unable to understand what was going on.

The men left the hut as the two women began untying her.

Kajal looked at the woman beside her. “What…is happening?”
