Go to Play store and search for Gboard or click the link "Gboard" and install it.
After installing it go to Language and Keyboard settings in Settings and change default keyboard to Gboad. And then In that menu under available keyboards menu, you can see Gboard.
Select it and goto languages press "ADD KEYBOARD" button and search for Telugu (India) and choose type of keyboards you want
"abc -> తెలుగు" , "Handwritten", "Telugu".
That's it.
